Great for kids & adults alike

These vitamin D drops are great for kids and adults alike, although follow the instructions on the package for dosing. Most of us here in Canada become vitamin D deficient because we essentially live in winter year-round except for maybe two months or so of the year. These are easy to use although I would much prefer a syringe or a dropper as it is difficult to get the liquid out of the bottle. That would be the only downside really, aside from perhaps the price which can become quite costly for a very small bottle. Try it for yourself!

Love this product for children, but especially for my newborn! So easy to use as it comes out one little drop at a time. If you are nursing or feeding from a bottle it is so easy to add a drop and let them drink it off. They don't even know they did!
