Ok my daughter bought me this steel frying pan suppose to be a Browning pan it's the heaviest and worst pan I have ever used ,2 hands to lift it maybe good for a chef but not for this family or me ,it has a minute break coating and I had to bake it in my oven for 2-4 hours to cure it I guess ,over priced I actually thought it was a cast iron pan and so did she buys
It's steel and way to heavy
