Quality has gone down hill!

=We love our rye bread and Deli World use to be our preferred brand. I would have to say since at least Jan. 2020 the quality has changed for the worse. It never appears really fresh anymore, there are too many seeds and such in it, the flavor just doesn't cut it and it's thinner. We've given it our last try and are switching brands. Your quality control has definitely dropped the ball, have you noticed your sales have dropped? Why did you have to change a good thing! This bread no longer meets your standards.
