Tasty but too thick

The Pizzeria style pizza by Dellisio is tasty (regardless of the toppings) mainly due to the sauce. But in my opinion, although also tasty, the crust/dough is too thick. It’s so thick that the centre never bakes warm enough or properly, leaving a soggy cold-ish middle. That aside, if you add additional preferred toppings of choice on and play with baking times to ensure consist doneness, this pizza is delicious. if you’re into thin crust, this is def not your jam! But tasty!
