Always in my Cupboard

Dempster's breads are our go-to choice. Nothing else rates. The 100% whole grains ancient grains with quinoa is our favourite choice of the Dempster brands. It is high in fibre, low in fat and sugar (very important) yet the flavour is amazing. Not bitter like some other brands. A loaf is in our cupboard every week and we never tire of it.

This is the only black I'm committed to eating. I feel no guilt worth the money and I enjoy it's my guilty pleasure..I began with Dumpsters original and have tried everyone of the breads until I discover the one for me and this is it..committed to this for over 3yrs

I have two fussy boys when it comes to bread. I originally purchased this bread for me but the kids got a hold of it and LOVED it! They toasted it and spread either honey or jam on the bread. A loaf MAY last 3 days. :)

Great Bread

My family has finally found a Bread that we all like! We all like Dempster's whole grains ancient grains and quinoa bread. The Bread is fresh and is great plain or toasted. It is a great sandwich Bread.

Absolutely love this bread. Been getting it for a few years now. Its my go to bread for a nice gourmet sandwich. Definitely recommend, its amazing, you'll love it!!

I have been eating this bread for several years now and I love the flavor, texture and freshness of it. It's great eating it fresh or toasted and it doesn't go stale quickly like some other breads. I would highly recommend trying this bread!

I have been buying only this bread for years now.

The only bread my family can not stop eating is this dempsters whole grains ancient grains n quinoa bread. It’s because it has the most natural ingredients which are easily chewable and digestable. We get the necessary fibre needed for the day. It has such a lingering after taste...smooth....creamy ...literally melts in the mouth. I have always noticed my stomach does not bloat after eating this bread. We have it with scrambled eggs....a smear of jam .....a slice of cheese ......spreading hazelnut or like my son says having it plain...on the go.....for busy bees like him. Just love the ingredients in it. Go for it..,folks!!

Its okay. We get my little guy healthy bread. This is wasn't too bad he will eat it. It looks amazing as a peanut butter sandwich. 2 year olds love pb and j sandwiches

Any sandwich I make tastes wonderful with this bread, even toast is nice. I don't buy it very often because it really is expensive We just buy it once in a while but when we have it we love it.I know it is really much more healthy than the cheap no names we buy. But I do recommend it to all that want a great tasting bread.

I'm not a big fan. It is healthy for sure, but I miss the crunchy texture. I also think, the taste is average
