Derema E DMAE-Alpha Lipoic_c-Ester Retexturizing Crème is an intensive moisturizing and firming crème that combines widely acclaimed DMAE, Alpha Lipoic Acid and C-Ester to hydrate and retexturize your skin. It is suppose to improve skin tone and elasticity while also delivering much-needed nutrients and moisture to your skin. It contains gravity-defying DMAE that reduces facial sag and firms your skin. Researchers have reported that it has improved skin hydration and tone, lip shape and fullness, and reduced the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Alpha Lipoic Acid, witch is the universal antioxidant, protects both water and fat soluble cell structures from free radical damage, while C-Ester stimulates the production of collagen, essential for skin tone and elasticity. It is enriched with additional vitamins and botanicals to nourish and hydrate your skin, Derma E's complete line of DMAE products are suppose to be formulated to improve skin tone and reduce wrinkles. I have found this moisturizer soaks into my skin very fast and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling behind at all, like most other moisturizer can do. I have combo oily to dry skin, so this is a big plus for me. With the non greasy feeling it leaves you can also apply your makeup as soon as you are done applying it. I can feel the improvement in the firmness of my skin after only using it for a few weeks. The down side of this facial cream is that it doesn’t have any SPF, so I only use it when I know I won’t be out in the sun. I’ve also found that it has an odd smell to it that I didn’t notice until after a few hours of having it on. Perhaps the oil in my skin coming out and then mixing with the cream was the result of this odd smell, but I’m not sure about that. Other then the odd smell and not being able to wear it out side, I’m pleased with this facial cream and will continue to use it when I know I’ll be in doors.
