I can't use moisturizers often. Very sparingly, when I do.
I found this hydrating mist at the local health food store. It hasn't caused me any reaction, brightened my skin(I am on my third bottle) and actually does moisturize my skin. I am glad I found it, but it's pricey for the amount you get.
