I really love the Dermablend products. My skin feels very silky once the cream has set in, and you really don't need the setting powder they sell...it stays on well even after staying in a swimming pool for over an hour. The coverage is not 100%, however, so I don't know if it would work well for covering tatoos, but it does diminish the visibility of spider veins and evens skin tone. It is just hard to find the right shade!
