Expensive but works
I have long wavy, frizzy hair. I tried DevaCurl after reading good reviews online, and I’m glad I did! While I think this product is overpriced, it really smoothes the frizz and my curls are much more defined now. It took a bit for my hair to adjust to ditching the shampoo, but after a couple greasy weeks my hair adjusted and now I don’t need to wash my hair nearly as much. The smell is kind of strong, but I like the smell of it, it smells fresh!
Works for me
I have fine frizzy wavy/curly hair. Other shampoos used to just dry my hair out and leave it frizzy. This no poo product leaves my hair looking much more healthy yet still clean.
It works great for what it is.
It's definitely not a shampoo, more like a cowash. My hair felt somewhat clean however not squeaky clean how I like it. It would work great if you are washing your hair mid week however if you are using this every week make sure that you clarify your hair in between.
I like my sudsy shampoos sorry!
I love the whole Devacurl product line except this shampoo. I work out a lot and dont wash my hair often so i need the suds for those shampoo days. I do use this on my daughter since I wash her hair every other day. Her hair is fine and this allows me to condition it while washing and only needing one product
I used this product for a few months and loved it and the only reason why I switched to the Low-Poo shampoo is because I felt the no poo didn't cleanse my hair the way it was supposed to. After a few months my hair was greasy and felt heavy. The products were building up in my hair with the use of the No poo Shampoo.
Although the fact that this doesn't suds up takes some getting used to, I find that the No-Poo is pretty effective. I don't use it for every wash though because I find that my hair gets greasier sooner. I use it more when I'm traveling to give my hair a change from the regular stuff I use.
