got this yoga mat to do some stretches at home and protect my knees while doing it. I then decided I would take it to the gym for a hot yoga practice. I have to say it held up very nicely. It has a great grip to it and even when it was drenched in sweat it was not slippery.
It also had a lot of sweat stains, as you can imagine. but they washed right out with warm water and a bit of soap
I would definitely buy this again if I have to get another one!
