Is this even a soap?

There is not a single thing good about this soap. Unfortunately I picked up the refill pack when it was on sale and I regret this decision. There is no lather, no smell. It doesn't even clean your hands effectively. I don't want to throw it away since I paid for it. I usually don't think much about handsoao but this product changed my mind. Even the store brands are better than this one. I would not buy it again.
