Good soap, cleans well
This dial micellar water soap is good. It does what it's supposed to and cleans well. The scent is nice. It doesn't dry out my hands as much as other soaps do. So all in all, I would say it does what soap is supposed to do.
Meh
I got this product for free from chickadvisor and I was excited to try it, I especially like the foaming in does when it comes out of the bottle but then I washed my hands and the smell is not that great and my hands were sticky after. I didn’t like it, I washed my hands with another product after. Sorry Chickadvisor :(
Good soap, gets the job done
I've been using foaming soap for a long time, so I was happy to try another one! This soap was good, nothing very special. I thought the scent was all right, not my favourite. I generally prefer the scent of citrus soaps and this one smells a bit chemically. However, at a time where I have been washing my hands a lot more than usual, this one hasn't irritated my hands or dried them out. I got to try this one for free through the product review club.
Meh handwash
Thanks to chickadvisor for allowing me to try this soap for free. But I was not feeling it to be honest :( the scent is meh- kind of neutral smell would have preferred a nicer scent. I find it hard to wash off... it does suds up nicely though and doesn’t seem to dry out hands so those are pluses.
Decent alternative to traditional hand soap
CA sent me Dial's juniper PURE micellar foaming hand wash to try out recently and I've been using it for the past few days. Right away I'll have to say that I love the scent; light, bright and slightly floral-y but it also doesn't linger for too long afterwards. It foams very well too, one pump is more than enough to leave my hands feeling clean and fresh! My one issue is that once I've rinsed it off I can still feel a very thin oily layer on some parts of my hands, especially between my fingers. Not matter how much I try to rub it off under running water the oily residue still seems to cling on and I personally find that a bit off putting, unfortunately. Other than that, it'd be a great hand wash!
Doesn’t leave my hands feeling clean
The soap doesn’t remove grease or grime (so definitely not a kitchen caliber soap). It leaves a film but also leaves my hands feeling dry. The smell is pleasant, but overall not a hand soap I would grab for again.
Foamy soapy mess!
The foam dispenser is good, it does what its supposed to. The soap itself is quite watery and the juniper scent is faint too. The fact that it deep cleans due to the micellar addition may attract many people to it but the truth is it doesn't work that well at all. The first and foremost thing about it is that it is NOT antibacterial. It doesn't clean your hands any better than non micellar soap, in fact sometimes multiple washes are required to get that clean feeling. It isn't drying on the skin which was a pleasant surprise but it doesn't hydrate either. So if you are used to creamy lush soaps, then this is not for you at all and don't get taken in my the mere mention of micellar - it doesn't make an extraordinary hand washing experience. I'll stick with my regular non micellar hand soap..lol.
Wash your hands!!
I really liked that this products was watery so it lathers easily without you having to use loads of water! It also does not strip the skin and leaves the hands feeling clean and fresh! I am not a huge fan of scents but I loved the light scent of this one not to heavy or annoying!
Would recommend if you find most soaps drying to your hands!
Slick
Okay, until this campaign, I never gave much thought to what "micellar" meant. So, when I was selected to try this soap, I looked into it and now I know. I also know, after trying this foaming soap, that it is not something I need or even want.
I am not sure how well it worked as a soap since my hands felt slick afterwards. This is not a desired feature as far as I am concerned. One may not want their skin stripped of moisture after washing, but may not want them feeling like they've been teflon-coated either.
The supposed juniper scent was barely detectible.
I like the foam aspect, but that is a function of the dispenser rather than a special feature inherent specifically with this soap.
All in all, I would say this was a bit of a miss for me.
I found nothing different about it
I received this product free thanks to chick advisor! This is sooo average. It offers nothing different to me then a regular soap. The scent is faint and I don’t mind it but I find foaming soaps to never be as effective as other soap. That being said if you have sensitive skin then this may be the product for you. I found it to leave my hands a tad bit dry, I actually ended up using hand lotion after I used it. It didn’t really do much for me. I work in a very dirty and hands on job and It really felt like I had to scrub it hard to get the dirt and grime off. I’m so on the fence with this product. I just don’t think I will purchase it,
