When I was younger I absolutely loved these books. The story telling is unique in a way that it's like a friend meeting you on the playground telling you what happened to them or a friend of a friend. I loved the drawings though while simple seemed to convey the emotion and setting of the story perfectly. It's funny to read of Greg's(main character) wacky adventures from the point of view of a kid who thinks the world is out to get him. It's a feel good book that entertains you,is an easy read and keeps you engaged at the same time. Perfect for kids up to 14 years but even if they're older it's an entertaining read! :)
