Ok, so I have a problem, I can not cook a steak to save my life. I feel like I can season it well but it all goes down hill once it's on the BBQ. I feel like I either take it off too early or too late.

This was so easy to use, turn it on and stick it in the meat! Doesn't get any more simple than that. My boyfriend likes his steak rare (130-140 Fahrenheit), so after about 5 minutes on each side I checked the temperature and it read 131 so I removed it and let it rest.

The steak turned out perfectly cooked and it was delicious. This is such a simple tool that really works! I purchased this at a discount from Amazon and I'm super happy now that I can have a proper BBQ.
