I cannot wrap my head around this! The instructions should really say
Step 1. Put the waist trainer on
Step 2. Look in the mirror
Step 3. Realise you wasted your money
Step 4. Take the waist trainer off and have a good laugh

This is good for posture as well as losing inches.

I'm so happy with my Dilanni Waist Trimmer. The reason I wanted one was to get a smaller waist. Who doesn't want to lose inches off their waist? But I was pleasantly surprised at how it supported my back and gave me better posture. It automatically makes you stand straighter which, for me, made me put my shoulders back too. This is a fantastic plus because as I get older I'm worried about getting hunch backed but that won't happen with this Waist Trimmer. A friend of mine has back pain but when he used this his aches disappeared. The back support and heat seemed to do the trick for his sore muscles.

It's made out of neoprene and has a velco closing making it quick and easy to get it on and off. While the material promotes sweating it also absorbs it so dripping with sweat is not a problem. It washes easily too. It's too soon for me to see any weight loss but the back support is fantastic!

I was worried that it would show under my clothes but it doesn't. Now I don't wear really tight clothes but not really baggy either. My top just slid over the belt so it wasn't noticeable at all. If you did wear tight clothes, I'm sure you would see the outline of this product.

The picture I've attached shows what the Waist Trimmer looks like on me which isn't nearly as good as on the model on Amazon but that's life. Of course it's not worn over your clothes but you at least get the idea of it's size. I'm pretty short so keep that in mind. Most people will have more space above and below it.
