This is the best product for getting full lips I have ever used. Light minty fragrance and smooth application is a plus! This product is not sticky and can be worn over lipstick. For best results definitely exfoliate prior to application. Really lasts throughout the day, I only reapplied after eating. Five stars out of five for sure! I will buy the product religiously!
