This dual-ended eyebrow pencil plus spoolie is like one-stop-shopping-indulgence from Dior. One end is a soft precision retractable brow pencil (not a conventional pencil that you have to sharpen; it's more like a mechanical pencil), and the other is an eyebrow wand you can use to comb your brows. If you have really unruly brows you could dip it lightly into some styling product and use to apply.
The colour itself is said to be "universal". It looks like a dark brown, but I have very light brows and since you can apply as heavy or light as you want, it really does seem to be a one-size-fits-all type of product. The casing is a classy silver tube, and the spoolie has a matching cap so that you can keep it clean.
At $30 it's a little pricey, but what a great product for the occasional splurge! I have used other brands that were effective enough, but this is a step above.
