Great Affordable Product for Canadian Curly Hair Gals

This product is really great. It is not flaky and leaves my hair soft with a light-medium hold. Doesn't leave hair crunchy. A little goes a long way so it is great value for money.

Nice Girls but frizz

I applied this to soaking wet hair. I raked thru hair and also scrunched it in to get maximum curls. I let hair air dry for approx 10 minutes than blow died with a diffuser on a low cool setting till 80 % dry. Next I let it finish air drying. I did get a slight cast on my hair so I scrunched the crunch out once dry.
I did get nice soft bouncy curls but also alot of frizz near the top of my head. By the end of the day I still had nice curl definition but alot of frizz on the top and sides.
My hair did not take to this gel and I will not purchase it again.

My go to for curly hair

I love this product. I used to use the regular dippity do brand gel when I was in high school 20 plus years ago and it held my curls in place but it made it crunchy. However the curls gel hold my curls in place and it doesn't make it crunchy, nor does it give it that oily gel look. If you want to show your off your tight curls I would recommend this product.

Great hold, and mild fragrance

Great product. I wear it over conditioner on naturally curl hair. It locks in shape and moisture well and can be left to form a cast around the curls or “scrunched” out for a softer look. Highly recommend.

I would buy again but...

The hair gel was very good but... I put it on my scalp and and it gave me severe danderuff... just don’t put it on your scalp and you will be fine I also liked the way it highlights my natural curls.

This was my first time trying this gel and I really liked it. It doesn’t weigh down my hair and holds the curl without the hard gel feel, it’s sulphate and paraben free which is better for your hair and the price is great!

The smell alone is divine

If the scent doesn’t sell you than the effect will. Leaves a beautiful soft cast around finer curls. Not a heavy gel which is nice on lighter hair days. A great value at around five dollars for a container and a small amount goes a long way. Easy to find in just about any local Walmart.

Love this gel!

This product is very light and once I scrunch out the cast it leaves my curls bouncing with joy! It significantly reduces the frizz. It has a really nice scent to it that isn’t super overpowering.

Fantasitic, would buy anytime!!

Fantastic hair gel for my curly hair. I have natural curly hair, but super frizzy. This product, I do have to use a lot of product due to my mass amounts of hair but it completely tames my Frizz. It does make my hair a little crunchy, but it is totally fine. I absolutely love it.
