I am not sure about the quality of these vitamins or how much your body actually absorbs from these, but my kids sure love them! They do tend to be quite a bit more expensive than other kids gummy vitamins, so I usually only buy these when they go on sale.

My kids love all the Disney Gummy vitamins. Of course Frozen is their favourite. They remind me every day that they need them.

A complete Multi-Vitamin that's easy to chew and with toddler girls the Frozen theme makes it very easy to get them to take their vitamins daily. I buy the super big ones and use them myself which ends up being more cost effective then buying separately same ingredients just have to take 2. Flavour is decent without being too good so kids arent constantly asking for more
