A game changer!!
I’ve been using the diva cup for 2 years now. My cramps have lightened, they use to be real bad!
I’m not buying pads AND tampons, because I needed pads for the first two days because I was so heavy. The diva cup can handle it, it just needs to be empty more.
AND my periods went from lasting 5-7 days, to 3-5 day!! Hello!!
It’s definitely a game changer! I do spot sometimes during the first two days, but I bought reusable cotton pads to use for then. I also ended up buying another. I now keep one at home and one in the car or my bag.
Best Investment I've made in myself
I was a little weirded out with the idea of a reusable central cup at first - but turns out to be the best investment I've ever made! It's simple to put in, and easy to clean. If I'm changing on my heaviest days it can get a little messy on my hands but nothing a little soap and water can't fix. No issues with it over filling, leaking or falling out - and yes I've had 2 kids! I highly recommend trying it! The only reason I say undecided about buying it again is that since it is reusable I hope to never have to replace it!
works well
so much better than tampons! It takes some getting used to for removal, but it is great for those heavy days and it never leaks. A little pricey to begin with, but you never have to buy tampons again :D
Wont go back to other methods
I have been using a diva cup for over 3 years now and will never go back to the old way. It makes me much informed on my menses. It is extremely reliable, I have never had a leak.
It's alright.
I use this because I really want a cost friendly, environment friendly option.
However it is not perfect, I have a very heavy flow and it can be quite messy, especially on my heavy days. I also always need a backup and I find it leaks quite a bit.
wow!
I was hesitant to try the Diva Cup based on price, but curiosity got the best of me and I splurged.. Wow! I'm so happy that I invested in it. I'm loving it. It took a couple tries before I got it to go in place comfortably and properly, but now that I'm able to do that without issue, its much more comfortable than wearing a tampon. I love it!
Never going back
I have been using this product for approximately 6 years now. It took me a few months to really figure out how use it properly and with ease. I am a pro at it now and I love it so much! The directions say to twist it once it's in to "lock" it but I could never do that. I just pull down on it slightly and I hear a suction noise. I have leaked through on heavy days but I usually catch it just in time if I go straight to the washroom when I feel the fullness.
It's totally worth it!
I started my cup life with Diva, but ran into some hurdles like fit & comfort & leakage. It was leaking because of the fit. After chatting on social media I was encouraged to flip it inside out which would fix my 2 issues- the stem was irritating and th cup itself was too long for my low cervix. My advice: research for cup sizes, measure your cervix, buy the cup that fits best. If that's Diva, do it! After a bit of working it out, it'll be ypur best friend!!
No more tampons
I love this product. It took me a while to get it where it was effective but after I got it I had no problems. It is important to know not all womens flow is the same and it may not last you up to 12hours. On really heavy days for me its every 3hours. Some women can go the full 12. It all depends on how heavy or light your cycle is. Once you know you'll be use to it. I like that you don't have extra waste of a tampon my next move is to cloth pads.
