Fresh scent for fresh eyes

I love that for an organic product that is vegan, you can buy this at a reasonable price ($11) and it lasts quite a while. Because it's in a spray bottle, you can easily spray your face or eye area and lightly spread it around your eyes with your fingers. I especially find it super effective for puffy eyes on a Monday morning for work. Highly recommend this as a toner!
