I love this mascara! When I moved back home from Japan, I made sure to buy several of a similar mascara by this company since I figured I wouldn't be able to find it in Canada. I was very happy when I saw that they had a new formula that I could buy from Sephora. They really make my lashes longer, and seem to help them stay curled longer after using an eyelash curler than usual (I have poker straight black lashes). It lasts for a long time. A couple minor things though: Sometimes after long wear, or if you rub your eyes, the mascara will flake off in little clumps. Also, the lashes feel a little stiffer than I'd like, but then again I do use multiple coats so perhaps others will not experience this if they are not as heavy handed with it.

I have a number of really specific requirements for my mascaras. I look for conditioning, lengthening, definition, the ability to stand-up against sweat and humidity, but not waterproof ( I like being able to wash off my make-up without a specific remover) and long lasting. DJV fiberwig LX meets all of these requirements impeccably. Application is so simple. The curve of the brush ensures easy application to all lashes, each lash is separated and lengthened. This mascara is very buildable, with no clumping and creates amazing length! The fibers extend your natural lashes. This is not a thickening formula. Lashes are soft looking, and shiny. By curling my eyelashes after application (and ensuring the product is dry) the curl takes faster, about 5 seconds instead of 15, and lasts the work day.
Removal is simple, saturate your lashes with warm water and the fiber tubes around my lashes slide right off!
If you are not concerned about thickening or waterproof this should be your new mascara!
