Spinach — perfect side dish

I love crunchy spinach on my plate. It’s such a versatile vegetable and is great on its own with a lite vinaigrette, in a sandwich, puréed in a smoothie, baked in a casserole, etc. Everyone loves spinach in our home.

I love adding spinach to my salads, soups, sauces, and sandwiches. I really like how fresh the Dole baby spinach is every time I pick it up from the grocery store. It comes in a large tub that usually lasts me about a week. It's so good for you too ... how can you go wrong?

Love how quick it is to make a salad or steam to make my baby some food. Blends up nicely and is never bitter. Quickly make some salad chips when craving. Very convenient.
