Raspberry candy cane wax melt

Last year right after Christmas I was in dollar general and they had several wax melts on clearance for 50% that were supposed to be holiday scents. I smelled a couple of them and loved the smell of the raspberry candy cane one, which I honestly did not expect to by the name. Candy canes are usually peppermint flavor and I am honestly not a huge fan of any mint scents or flavors at all. I was surprised to find that in the package you really only smell the fruity side of it. Everyone that knows me knows I am addicted to wax melts, I use them every day an have a warmer in literally every room of my home, yes the bathroom too. The first time I put them in the warmers I was very surprised to find that they had a very strong scent that gave my entire home a very welcoming scent. I had to go get more I liked them so much. I literally drove to every single dollar general I could think of in a 30 mile radius to buy all they had. At 50% off that made them only 50 cents each, at that price they are a very good buy but the down size is that they only come 3 to a pack, which is why I only gave them 3 starts for value, though compared to brands like scentsy that is still a good deal, though Walmart carries some that are 6 packs for less than $1 a pack. They do old their scent for a decent amount of time though in compared with some other similarly priced brands. I foster animals for local rescue groups and I am always afraid my house will smell like animal so I tend to run my warmers from the time I get up until the time I go to bed and these held their scent for 2 or 3 days even under those conditions. I am so happy it is nearly Christmas so that I can go and get some more.
