My all-time favorite powder (now that I'm getting older) is the Doris Dalton Mirage Blending Powder. It's a very finely milled loose face powder. It is translucent and good for all skin tones. My true test of makeup and face powders is to go out in day light and look into a mirror, checking for pores and all the other things you can't always see with indoor lighting. Let me tell you, this passes my test with flying colours! It blended my makeup, made my sking look more even, and pores... gone. And did I mention it didn't settle into my fine lines?! One day I tried a new mineral powder, did the daylight/mirror test, it was horrible, I looked greasy and saw huge pores (note: none of this was apparent in the regular bathroom lighting). So I put the Mirage blending powder right over top, did the daylight test and pores were gone. I love this stuff!
