A strong beer with an average flavour

I'm not sure what to make of this beer. It is labeled as a Strong Beer but also an Extra Delicious IPA. As the name also suggests it has a strong Hops flavour which isn't unpleasant but does have a bitter aftertaste which I could do without. I just don't fine that the flavour is anything special as if it is just stronger to say its stronger not because there is any underlying benefit from the beer being stronger. I also find the robber on the side of the can to be be immensely creepy (likely due to the solid black body and face with no other features but two slitty eyes). The price for the 473mL can was on par with other similar Canadian products but I doubt I would repurchase this beer. I find on my palate it is missing the "fruity aromas of lemon with hints of pineapple" that the can advertises but maybe those flavours are there, just masked by the hops.
