Efficient but not what I expected

I tried it 2 times between washes, result is good, make your hair like washed and not oily but didn't liked the smell and odor of it after applying and couldn't wait to wash my hair

I've used other brand's dry shampoos before and I think this Dove one is one of the better ones, it smells good and does its job. Would recommend and repurchase

I received the original one, not the coconut, but I will definitely still provide my review (: It's a nice product, yet it's not exactly what I expected. It's completely clear, and I believe that's what puzzled me a bit about it. I'm used to seeing the dry shampoo when I apply it. This one, I could "feel" but not see. It has a delicious, delicate scent, very fresh. However, when it comes to making the hair look a little less dirty, I didn't see much of a difference, maybe cause there was no residue whatsoever (?) I think I just gotta get used to it in order to benefit from it 100%

Great smell and it works

This Dove dry shampoo product is one of the better dry shampoos that I have tried. It doesn't turn your hair grey with powder and it actually smells really good. It seemed to work the few times I tried it as well.

It’s good

I absolutely love the smell of this stuff ! Works amazing! Definitely taking it with me when I travel! The bottle packaging is cute and slick ! It doesn’t really give a white cast but it does a little bit. It works really well with my thin hair !

Refreshing and easy to use

I love this product. It delivers a nice, even, refreshing mist spray. It helps cool the scalp on hot days, and the scent is fresh and smells of coconut and lime. It is perfect for use on days when you can't shower, or need a freshen-up. It helps my hair feel and look clean.

Great scent and classic Dove gentleness - Invisible Version

This summer I've been trying to use dry shampoo a lot more, and thus have been washing my hair less. I read that sleeping with dry shampoo on your scalp is like sleeping with makeup on, and can clog your pores - causing irritation and breakouts on the scalp. I'll admit that I sometimes still do sleep with dry shampoo in my hair, but this Dove product doesn't seem to bulk up on my scalp or irritate my skin at all. The scent of this product is just wonderful - so fresh, a bit fruity and floral. The mist is fine, and the bottle is easy to use. It seems like there is more product in the can compared to Batiste. The powder itself is not noticable, so I'd say invisible is accurate. My only problem is that it isn't super mattifying. With thin and greasy hair, I do usually look for a dry shampoo that is MORE dry, and that gives a bit more grittiness and texture. I can always combine this with another product to get more lift, so it's just a 3.5/5 for that reason. Like CoLab, I'd love to see a "normal" and "extreme volume" version to target different parts of my hair! I use the normal down the scalp and around my neck, and the extreme goes at the crown and on the sides to give lift.

Mediocre Dry Shampoo

I have tried a lot of dry shampoos over the years. I have long, straight, fine hair. Even though it's not particularly greasy, any amount of grease/sweat is noticeable due to my hair's texture, so I use dry shampoo quite often. Dove Care's dry shampoo is middle of the road of all the brands I've tried.

Pros: This dry shampoo sprays on evenly and massages in easily. After I've brushed my hair, there is no visible white residue (very important to a brunette!). It gives me extra volume and my hair looks refreshed.

Cons: My hair looks good, but it doesn't feel good after use. My hair is usually very soft and smooth. It feels rough and almost stiff after this dry shampoo. I don't I could use this product two days in a row - there would just be too much build up. The smell is definitely one of my least favorite dry shampoo scents. It's supposed to be coconut lime, but it just smells like strong, cheap perfume.

Overall, it's not the worst dry shampoo on the market in it's price bracket, but there are certainly better options in my opinion. I will likely use the can I was give by Chick Advisor, but I intend to go back to my favourite dry shampoo afterwards. #gotitfree

Great product

As a busy mom and already avid dry shampoo user, I was excited to be selected to give Dove Care Between Washes dry shampoo a try for free to review. It had a light coconut lime scent that was refreshing without being over powering like some dry shampoos can be. I didn’t find that this worked as good for me as my current brand. It was more of a lighter product and I needed to use more to get my desired results. On the flip side this also meant it blended easily into my dark brown roots without leaving a powdery look on my hair that some other brands do. Overall it’s still a great product and I’ll be using it on those days when I just need a little boost or volume!

Good Volume

I received this product for testing purposes from the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I thought the dry shampoo was helpful in boosting the volume of my hair in between washes, but I didn't feel like it was as great in absorbing oils and my second day hair isn't super oily. I did like the smell of the coconut and thought it was not too heavy. If you're looking for a little bit of extra volume, this is a product to consider.
