Works well

Love the way the product comes out, not a fan of the smell at all. It lingers too long.
I did find this worked well BUT it flakes in my hair. So unfortunately I didn’t work in that sense.

Really liked this dry shampoo!

I have tried a few different kinds of dry shampoo and really liked that this one cause it actually works! Some either leave a weird baby powder smell, your hair feels coarse, or sometimes literally feels dirtier than before. But this one has a gorgeous fresh scent like clean laundry yet isn’t too perfumey or overpowering. And best of all - it actually makes my hair not look greasy and I can keep my hairstyle days longer. I love this and I’m so glad it’s Dove, reasonably price, and carried in any drugstore anywhere - so easy to find. Will definitely be repurchasing.

No white powder!

I got this dry shampoo for free to test out. I basically use dry shampoo everyday! I have dark hair and this one has no color at all so it's 10/10 for that. It is not gritty and it does the job. I like the light coconut scent too. Would recommend this!

Best dry shampoo I’ve used to date

The new dry shampoo from Dove is amazing. I find a lot of the dry shampoos give my hair so much white flakiness so this was a pleasant surprise to have this blend seamlessly with my dark hair. I go to the gym almost daily and washing my hair isn’t feasible during the day.
As well, the scent is light and refreshing without having an overly powerful, fake smell.
10/10 will be purchasing once my bottle received from Chickadvisor is empty!

It’s good

I absolutely love the smell of this stuff ! Works amazing! Definitely taking it with me when I travel! The bottle packaging is cute and slick ! It doesn’t really give a white cast but it does a little bit. It works really well with my thin hair !

Refreshing and easy to use

I love this product. It delivers a nice, even, refreshing mist spray. It helps cool the scalp on hot days, and the scent is fresh and smells of coconut and lime. It is perfect for use on days when you can't shower, or need a freshen-up. It helps my hair feel and look clean.

Great scent and classic Dove gentleness - Invisible Version

This summer I've been trying to use dry shampoo a lot more, and thus have been washing my hair less. I read that sleeping with dry shampoo on your scalp is like sleeping with makeup on, and can clog your pores - causing irritation and breakouts on the scalp. I'll admit that I sometimes still do sleep with dry shampoo in my hair, but this Dove product doesn't seem to bulk up on my scalp or irritate my skin at all. The scent of this product is just wonderful - so fresh, a bit fruity and floral. The mist is fine, and the bottle is easy to use. It seems like there is more product in the can compared to Batiste. The powder itself is not noticable, so I'd say invisible is accurate. My only problem is that it isn't super mattifying. With thin and greasy hair, I do usually look for a dry shampoo that is MORE dry, and that gives a bit more grittiness and texture. I can always combine this with another product to get more lift, so it's just a 3.5/5 for that reason. Like CoLab, I'd love to see a "normal" and "extreme volume" version to target different parts of my hair! I use the normal down the scalp and around my neck, and the extreme goes at the crown and on the sides to give lift.

The Quality You Can Trust From Dove

As always, Dove knocked it out of the park with this dry shampoo!
Dove is my go to for skin and hair care because their products are gentle yet effective.
First of all, the packaging is beautiful. So feminine and inviting, it wants me to jump right in! My hair is on the drier side, so I tend to only wash my hair a few times a week. This Dove dry shampoo allows me to wait longer between washes while still maintaining a clean, light and full volume hairstyle. The scent is light and refreshing. The invisible formula works perfectly on my dark brown hair - no white powdery residue!
I love this product and find it much more effective than all other dry shampoos I have tried.
I recommend this product to anyone wanting to take some time between hair washes and maintain a beautiful style.

Life saver!

I recently competed in my first bodybuilding show, which meant that my life was chaos! Lots of gym time and meal prep... which meant not a lot of time for proper hair care! I was able to get away with not washing my hair every time I showered(which was often 2x a day!) by using Dove Invisible Dry Shampoo. It was light enough for my fine hair too. Perfect timing to get to try this great product!! I was also pleasantly surprised when the hairdresser told me to use it on my extensions too! Double yippee!!

Mediocre Dry Shampoo

I have tried a lot of dry shampoos over the years. I have long, straight, fine hair. Even though it's not particularly greasy, any amount of grease/sweat is noticeable due to my hair's texture, so I use dry shampoo quite often. Dove Care's dry shampoo is middle of the road of all the brands I've tried.

Pros: This dry shampoo sprays on evenly and massages in easily. After I've brushed my hair, there is no visible white residue (very important to a brunette!). It gives me extra volume and my hair looks refreshed.

Cons: My hair looks good, but it doesn't feel good after use. My hair is usually very soft and smooth. It feels rough and almost stiff after this dry shampoo. I don't I could use this product two days in a row - there would just be too much build up. The smell is definitely one of my least favorite dry shampoo scents. It's supposed to be coconut lime, but it just smells like strong, cheap perfume.

Overall, it's not the worst dry shampoo on the market in it's price bracket, but there are certainly better options in my opinion. I will likely use the can I was give by Chick Advisor, but I intend to go back to my favourite dry shampoo afterwards. #gotitfree
