I don't love the smell, but it does work. I'm not sure how good it is for me...but then it's antiperspirant, and the natural kind tend to not be strong enough for me.
I would recommend this but open up the box, take a whiff...and see if you want to smell that and smell like that for the rest of the day. For me, I only by unscented now.
I am unfortunately only o.k with this product. I suffer from hyperhidrosis and although this is clinical strength it did not unfortunately meet my expectations. I did use the product as directed. In all fairness I do need a prescription type strength for my condition, so this may work well for someone who sweats but not alot.
I picked up this deodorant because my usual kind (Secret Clinical Strength Gel) was out of stock. I didn't find this product provided extra strength however and I still experienced perspiration and unfortunately, a bit of a smell. I do find the gel deodorants work better than this form, perhaps that accounts for its limited effectiveness. However, considering the cost of it in comparison to regular deodorants, I was not impressed as it worked just as well as regular $3.50 deodorant sticks.
I did not find this product to be the best available for me. I definitely need Clinical Protection as I perspire quite a bit but this product does not work very well for me. I applies well but I found it to leave residue on my tank tops which is a big no-no. I definitely prefer a competitor in this category even though it is more expensive.
Let me first say that I love Dove products and along my travels I acquired this antiperspirant. The next morning before getting dressed, I applied the antiperspirant. I found about half hour later, that it had clumped into balls in my underarms and was uncomfortable. I removed the balls and continued on with my morning. Definitely not going to rush out to buy.
I tried this anti-perspirant as I am typically a fan of Dove's deodorants. I got this in wild rose scent and was excited to try it as It claimed to protect against wetness and odour as well as minimizing the growth of hair over time.
What a huge waste of money. It lists the product as a solid but it's a weird wet gel. It took forever to dry (which wits claim was to protest against wetness). It smeared all over my underarms and ruined one of my fave silk tops. The only nice thing was he scent but for what I paid, smell isn't worth it.
I like it a lot! :) It smells good and it works! I like the fact that you have to apply it before going to bed and that it doesn't leave white marks on black clothes! :) The only thing bugging me is the price :(
This clinical protection didn't offer more than my original Dove deodorant other than the price tag. It's too expensive and didn't deliver. I wouldn't recommend it.
I bought this one day when my regular deodarant (Tom's of Maine in case you are wondering) was not to be found. The price was comparable but that is about it. First...it only lasted one month....I don't know if that is normal as I have been using Tom's for so long but I am used to a stick lasting up to 3 months. The smell, meh it smelled like chemicals. I guess it did it's job but it really was not for me. I won't buy it again. Overpriced for regular deodarant. Smelled gross and I was out of deodarant much sooner than I expected.
At the beginning of using this product it smells very good but I find it made my arm pits more sweaty. However as I continued use my arm pits stopped sweating, but again when the applicator was almost empty the deodorant lost its smell and made my armpits quite sweaty again. It is quite pricey for the amount of product that is in there.
