Good but expensive

I would purchase this product again because it's one of the only few deodorants that actually work on me and keep me smelling good throughout the day. However, the price can be quite expensive compared to other deodorants on the market and the composition could potentially be harmful as it contains aluminum which is proven to cause cancer.

I switched over from deodorant to antiperspirant years ago, as with working out or just general life, avoiding sweat marks or dripping (so gross) just was not making me happy.

I rarely have issues with antiperspirant transferring onto my clothing, and Dove's Fresh does not disappoint.

It rolls on smoothly with only a few strokes, leaving me confidant when I leave the house that I will neither smell like body odour, nor will I sweat profusely (even while walking up 4 flights of stairs at the office).

The clinical is what I use on heavy duty days where I work out, bus to and from work, come home and practice Yoga after a long day - with just one application! I even smell good in the morning without showering!

This scent is my least favourite - I find the baby powder scent is just overwhelming, especially when activated with motion.

I never get white stains on my clothes either - it dries that quickly after application.

I would recommend a different scent over the Powder scent, but that's my own preference.

I regularly use clinical strength antiperspirant, however my usual brand was drying out my skin. I thought I'd try Dove Clinical Protection since it's supposed to be more gentle to skin. I liked the smell of it (very soft) and it glided on nicely. It was definitely more gentle on my skin as my pits were sore before I started using the Dove and they were back to normal after a few days. Unfortunately, the antiperspirant qualities of this product are lacking. It quit preventing wetness and odor by mid-afternoon most days. This was a deal breaker for me and I will have to continue to search for a gentle clinical antiperspirant that works for more than half the day.

I recently purchased Dove Clinical Protection Antiperspirant instead of my usual brand. I was surprised at how soft it made my underarms feel. I didn't apply it the next day to see if it worked as long as my usual brand. I put it to the test. I did some Spring cleaning and organizing and I wore out before it did. It works great and the fresh powder fragrance is nice and light. This just may be my go to antiperspirant.

This dove deortant is a good one to pick its not sticky after you put it on and it last all day unlike other ones where i find you have to keep putting on threw out the day.

I love that this antiperspirant does not allow sweat to ruin my day!
But i am not a fan of the Powder Soft scent... That is the only turn off of this Dove product for me!

The smell is a tiny bit too sweet for me, but that's to be expected since I'm more of a fresh kinda smell girl and not so much a flowery smell lady. That being said, the product works very well and is very gentle on the skin.

I love working out. At 50 years old its important for the products I use for my personal care/daily routines to work hard when I do. I currently use the Dove Clinical Protection Powder Soft Antiperspirant. The price for it was more affordable than my old brand sadly it is not found everywhere I can find my old brand. Upon opening the smell is actually nice it was not over powering at all. When applied at first I wasnt even sure it was on me but it was it was so so soft to touch like fine powder. One of the best part was it did not leave any marks on my clothes, there were no sticky clumps under the arms and when I do my workout it actually works just as good if not better than what I use to use. I like it more because its Dove and not only is Dove more affordable but I have always relied on Dove Products for most of my life.

I love Dove clinical deodorant. It is effective and keeps me dry. The scent on this particular one does bother me. It's more of a baby powder and too flowery of a smell. I prefer the cool essentials scent. But the deodorant is the best I've tried.
