The first time I squeezed some of this onto a pouf to start washing, it fell onto the shower floor off of the pouf because it was so light that it didnt stay on! I found that I needed to use a bit more than I usually do with other body washes because it was so light.

The scent I really appreciate because its not overpowering like a lot of other body washes can be, its just a light, soapy, clean scent. It doesnt jump out at you when you open the bottle.

When I get out of the shower after using this product I do find that I don't feel the need to slather on body lotion like usual. I still will use some lotion on my legs but its not necessary because the body wash really does live up to its promise of being moisturizing!

I received this body wash courtesy of chickadvisor, it came wrapped in a really cute blue and white box and with a white shower puff. I have been using this body wash for over a week now and I have to say that it has made my skin noticeably softer. I have eczema and it didn’t irritate my skin nor did it speed up and wear and tear of my “fake bake” self tanner tan.

I love its creamy texture and the way it lathers up the instant it comes in contact with water. I have never had a body wash lather up so quickly or have such staying power. I usually use Dove, Oil of Olay and St. Ives body washes depending on my mood and the time of year.

The only drawback was the scent which I found slightly artificial, but I noticed in the drugstore the other day that this brand also comes in a scent-free formula. I plan on making Dove Deep Moisture Nourishing Body Wash my staple body wash for the upcoming fall and winter months.

I'll start off with scent. The scent of the body wash was very minimal, but that's okay, especially for people who are allergic to certain perfumes in products. I like more nice/fruity smelling body washes, but I didn't mind the scent at all, smells good, just not very noticeable. The body wash lathered extremely well, and I really like that. My skin felt really soft after it was all washed off, but as soon as you step out of the shower and dry off you're skin feels the same as it was before. I'd say you need to use a moisturizer after this to feel soft and smooth again, but for some people it may be enough if you don't have hardly any dry skin. As for Canadian winters, I don't think it would really cut it just by itself. This is a good body wash, but there are others that are better. I use Olay Ribbons a lot and I find that just using the body wash is enough to keep my body soft and smooth all day without any moisturizers.

I'd recommend this to people who do not have severe dry skin, or even remotely dry skin but still want to keep hydrated. That's about as far as it will go.

After using this body wash for a week, I didn't really notice any benefits from using it. My skin is not overly dry at all, and I still felt the need to use lotion later on in the day. I did not care for the scent of the product at all. The scent was not strong, but the aromas in the body wash were not a scent I liked to smell. The body wash lathered relatively well, and washed off easily enough. Overall, there are many other body washes I would use over this one, however, if you like Dove body washes, then it is comparable to the others.

First thing I noticed about the Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash was that it's scent was not as strong as I would like in a body wash. I also think that if the scent were more fruity it would be better. I found that after my shower you could not smell it on me anymore. I have used bodywashes in the past where they leave your skin smelling wonderful for long periods of time, which I prefer. Who doesnt like to smell nice, right?

I did notice that when I lather the body wash on myself it was sooo soft! It lathered very well without having to use a huge amount, which I love! I found that it definately made my skin feel soo soft after using it - even after the first time!

I also found that this works wonderfully as a shaving cream! I often get razor burn but since using this they have dissapeared!

I would recommend this to my friends and family, and perhaps I might even buy another bottle of it once I am done the sample.

After using Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash for 2 weeks, I really didn't notice too much of a difference in the way my skin felt. I try and moisturize often (I have seriously dry skin on my legs!) but of course, I miss days.... in those days, I found that using this body wash didn't make up for not moisturizing. But honestly, if you are looking for a body wash to take the place of moisturizing, I really don't think you will find one anywhere!

This product satisfied my personal requirements for a body wash: I don't like to smell fruity, I prefer a fresh and clean scent which is exactly what this product has; the scent lingers after you are out of the shower; it lathers very well (you only need to use a small amount); and it felt good on my skin.

Compared to other drugstore brand body wash, this moisturizing body wash is pretty good. It has the Dove signature of light but lovely scent that leaves you feeling pampered and refreshed. This body wash is also moisturizing, even when compared to other Dove body wash. Also, it is economical because you only need a small dab on your loofa to produce lots of foamy lather.

I think this is a wonderful body wash for the summer because of its moisturizing properties. I'd still recommend using a light lotion after your shower to fully lock in the moisture and leave your skin feeling soft and smooth. However, I don't believe this is moisturizing enough for our harsh Canadian winters. I am a huge fan of Olay Ribbon body wash and I swear by them in the winter time. Compared to the Olay Ribbons, this Dove body wash just doesn't compare when it comes to moisturizing your skin. With the Olay, I can use a body lotion after my shower and I'm good to go. But with this Dove, I can see myself needing a heavier moisturizer, perhaps a body cream or butter, after the shower to ensure my skin doesn't dry out.

Overall, this is a nice product and I will buy it again. But I definitely need extra moisturizing after each shower.

im more of a shower person, rather than a bodywash person but i thought i'd give this one a try.

My skin isn't that smooth still even after using it for the full week. although it did help get rid of a lot of bumps i had caused by ingrown hairs. The formula itself is very good, and makes your skin feel smooth RIGHT AFTER you're done using it. The package of course is the normal dove body wash bottle, with the new nutrium sign on it. The smell wasn't smelly at all but thats what i missed a bit. after taking a body wash i do like smelling a bit nice and smelling "clean" as some people would say so they could work on that a bit.

in personal opinion this product just didn't work in the end for long lasting results, but i'd still reccomend for other people to try it out themselves, my body is different and so is yours.

i use other dove body washes often, (the go fresh burst ones), but this does way more to moisturize your skin-it gives you a silkier feeling. i love using this as a shaving "cream"; you get absolutely no razor burn, nicks or irritation, just smooth silky soft skin.
the scent is nice-that soft dove smell, although i would probably prefer the unscented version though, if there is one. it also lathers up VERY well-you only need a dollop about the size of a quarter for your shower poof, and the suds will still be going everywhere!
you will still need to moisturize as usual after using this product, but it does moisturize your skin more so than other body washes...the only thing i would recommend is using an unscented version if your skin is sensitive or if you use alot of other scented products, because it could be irritating.

I reviewed this thanks to the Review Club, and am I ever glad!! This really is one of those products that I'm probably going to go buy after the sample's done. It was unlike any other body wash I have ever used, and that includes Aveeno's moisturizing body wash (I can't remember the actual name) and my personal favourite Adidas. I find in a lot of body washes that if they smell really good, the moisturizing isn't very good or vice versa. Dove's Deep Moisture Nourishing Body Wash may not have quite as good scent as Adidas, but it's pleasant, and the bubbles (more like foam!) are the softest I've ever felt.

What I loved: I really loved the bubbles! They were so soft and smooth, it felt like washing yourself with cashmere or the softest fabric out there. I almost instantly noticed the difference in texture of my skin. My legs especially, and those few razor bumps? Gone! I was so surprised that this got rid of them, but then again, I did have only minor ones.

What I didn't like: Honestly, I think the scent could've been a little better. Perhaps something floral, or fruity?

I absolutely love this body wash!! I'll probably go buy some more in a week or two when I'm done :)
