I would buy this for daily use

Really liked this product. It did not have the chemical stinging feel that other similar products have. Would have liked it to have a bit less scent, as I work in a scent reduced workplace. As such, could only use on the weekends. Product worked really well; however, when switched back to regular dove shampoo for weekday use, problem areas were worse than normal. That being said, if used daily, this shampoo works great, and is very good quality and value for its cost.

Dove Derma+Care - 2-in-1 - Not what I had hoped it would be

I tried Dove Derma+Care Scalp Clean & Freah 2-in-1 free as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. I was excited to try this product because I love Dove shampoo - it always leaves my hair so soft and this product did just that. But, what it didn’t do was help with my dandruff, if anything I developed more using this product. Living in Canada, I always get dandruff during the dry, winter season. Before trying this product I was using my tried and true Head and Shoulders and was dandruff free. But, after two weeks of using Dove’s Dermacare Scalp my hair was more flakey than ever before. So, despite this product leaving my hair soft and silky, I wouldn’t recommend it to treat dandruff.

Thanks to chickadvisor, I got this product for free! I love the smell of dove products and this was no different. I don't have a lot of dandruff, but it does get more noticable during the dry winter season. Since I have extremely dry and damaged hair, I always have to use extra conditioner. Regardless, I think it still worked well. Would definitely consider buying it again!

This product really works!

I would most definitely purchase this product again! It is absolutely amazing. For someone that suffers from dry, itchy scalp during the dryer months, this was a lifesaver. It totally revitalized my hair and gave me some much needed relief.
In addition to that, it also made my hair smell fresh. The scent was gentle but noticeable, and that was something I really liked. Other anti-dandruff shampoos I had tried in the past had too strong of a smell that was not very pleasant. This however, was much different I actually enjoyed the fresh smell.
I also am not one to usually enjoy 2-in-1 products because I feel like I still need to follow up with a conditioner, but this product was actually amazing. It left my hair feeling soft, and looking good too. My hair looks naturally moisturized and smooth.
Overall, I would definitely pick this over any other anti-dandruff shampoo I had tried in the past. This was definitely a lifesaver and I am glad that I had the chance to try it.
Although I did receive this product for free, it did not sway my opinion in anyway. I truly enjoyed using this product, and felt that it truly did live up to its claims.

I love this shampoo! It makes my hair feel soft and silky. With the harsh winter weather taking a toll on my hair and scalp, this shampoo is the perfect solution.

takes care of my scalp

It takes care of my scalp instantly. The smell is very great and fresh. It's very gentle and my hair are easy to brush after. It's a 2/1 shampoo that exceed my expectations. #gotitfree

Gentle antidandruff shampoo!

The new Dove Derma+Care Scalp Clean shampoo is mild and gives nice and soothing effect after use. Unlike other antidandruff, dove doesn’t smell like medicine and has mild scent. My itchy sensation reduced after couple of use. Will continue to use this product in future. Recommended buy!

Great Product

Things I liked:
- The smell!
- It has visibly reduced my dandruff - not quite all the way, but there is definite progress.
- It lathers nicely
- Reasonable price point for dandruff shampoo

Things I did not like:
- It says 2-in-1 with conditioner, but I needed to use my own conditioner afterwards anyway
- The lid isn't flat, so I won't be able to store it upside down when it's almost empty

Overall, I would recommend this product!

A great Alternative

I have received this product for free as being a member of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club.

I have dry scalp and I have dandruff problems. My usual brand is Head and Shoulders because it seems like the only one that will address my problems in the market. Dove always has great products and I have no doubt about the quality of their products. It did address to my dandruff problem. My scalp did not feel dry after using it to wash my hair. My hair did feel good and clean after washing. But I feel that the conditioning is not enough (I know this is a 2 in 1) for my hair so I need to put on conditioner afterwards.

Overall, I am happy with this product and I will make it an alternative to my usual brand so that I don't feel that I have no choice but only to buy the same brand over and over again. I will recommend it to my friends.

This product was defenitly a suprise. After using it, my hair visibly was soft and lively. Also noticed my scalp had less of drandruff than my previous brand i was using. Would reccomend this to my friends. Thank you ChickAdvisor for letting me test and review this product for free of charge.
