Really wanted to love it.

I actually received this Dove Anti-dandruff dryness & itch relief as a free product in exchange for a honest review. I really wanted to love this shampoo since I have been a fan of Dove since high-school. I used to use their Volume Shampoo and Conditioner on the regular. Their Beauty Bar is also used religiously in our household. Their products are reasonably priced and are not overly fragrant. But I'm not a fan if this shampoo! It did nothing for my dry scalp, it actually made it worse. My scalp got oily a lot faster than when I use my regular shampoo. My hair also started to itch right after my hair was dried. I followed the direction to a T.  It was really creamy and moisturizing while using it and had a nice mild gummy bear scent. But after I washed it off and let it air-dry my scalp felt itchy right away. I tried it two more times just to make sure it was due to the shampoo. I was curious as to why, so I looked up the ingredients. Top ingredients (SLS, sodium chloride and parfum) can be irritating for the scalp thats already dry and sensitive. Also, it has dimethiconol which my scalp doesn't do well with. So unfortunately this shampoo will be a no-no for me. I can say I am pretty disappointed. Hopefully they will change to less irritating ingredients.

Better then the rest

I found this to be a great product. It worked better then other brands and didn't leave my hair feeling greasy afterwards. It was also mild enough to use on my daughter's scalp without causing irritation.

My go to when my scalp goes cray cray

My scalp tends to be sensitive to products with too much smell or too heavy it clogs my follicles and make it itchy and flakes. This product just rebalances everything it keeps my fingers away from picking my scalp because it truly calms the itching and I feel hydrates my scalp perfectly , it’s great in the summertime but as winter comes along I wish they had a more hydrating versión as I feel the ends on my hair feel not hydrated enough. I do add a light oil as soon as I get out of shower and that takes care of it , maybe an oil version of this product would be an idea, Called it! Don’t forget my royalties lol !

Love the scent

As with the shampoo I think this condo is great! It has a awesome scent. I love the conditioning properties I can always feel how smooth and hydrated my hair is after using

Every time I go to the store I try and find a good price on either dove or head and shoulders, usually dove is the cheapest for the best smelling and the most product. I love how it feels and I will continue to buy this product.

BEST CONDITIONER EVER

I have very sensitive skin, psoriasis, etc. and have always had issues with dandruff and itchy scalp. I WISH this stuff existed when i was a kid!

Within first few uses no dandruff really, hair feels sooo soft afterwards! the shampoo and conditioner are a fabulous pair and I don't really see myself using other conditioners any time soon!

100% recommend

I've been dealing with dry and flaky scalp, this stuff helped clear it right up and makes my head feel so good and my hair unbelievable soft! I highly recommend the combination with the shampoo as well

This is my fist brand of choice

I always purchase this brand most specially the dove conditioner. It keeps my hair silky and smooth while maintaining its volume and shape. I love this product! I will recommend thus product to my family and friends.

Great stuff

I am so happy with this product. I've tried everything it seems like even the doctor has gave me stuff for my itchy irritable scalp but this has helped so much! I let my mom try it and she couldn't believe it either. The only thing we both didn't like was it makes your hair feel greasy other then that it works wonders and I would recommend for sure.

It Was Very Nice!

This product was great. My hair felt very clean and soft after I used this, and the scent was very nice. It is very nice quality, and overall I would really reccomend this product to others.
