No bubbles

I got this product on sale and knowing that Dove makes quality products I was hoping for something great, but was disappointed. The smell is fabulous but the bubbles are ho hum. Maybe it would do better as a body wash, but have a title of bubble bath is a complete misnomer. Unfortunately, I should have stuck with a cheaper brand for bubbles but added this for the great scent. The pic I have included is from two minutes into bath.
