Being someone whos grown up with the name brand dove for all my soap needs i wanted to try out their hair products, well i wasnt convinced..ive since given it a 2nd chance and i still am not sold. i find it dries my hair out and makes it feel really weird but i definitely love the scents i just wasn't a fan of the product myself, sorry dove its a no for me

Good family shampoo that you can purchase at the drug store. Didn't expect to like it but was pleasantly surprised. Was mild enough to bathe my cat with, when I ran out of her reg. pet shampoo. She was shiny.

I have used Dove shampoos in the past here and there and they work fairly well. I find this one does nothing for me. I've been using a different shampoo on days that I want to nicely style my hair and do I ever notice a difference! My hair is limp and dull on the days I use this one. Not a winner, I'm afraid.

This is a shampoo I would use again. It smells nice, does what it promises and is very affordable. Dove is a brand that rarely fails and always keeps me coming back for quality products that don't break the bank.

This 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner combo has a nice light scent to it.

A little bit goes a long way for some great sudsy feelings while rubbing it in, and it rinses out easily.

My hair feels a bit softer when I use this, but I feel it does weigh down my hair a little bit more than I like - I have thin long hair. It also requires a LOT of detangler after towel drying my hair, as it instantly becomes a tangled mess without separate conditioner.

For my fine hair, I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase it again. Perhaps another Dove Product will meet my hair needs better.

It may be better suited for someone with thicker hair.

It is OK. Not the best out there but it works decently for the price of the product. And dove always smells awesome that's a bonus. It's like the back up shampoo.

I found that while the shampoo made my hair feel great for the first few washes, it didn't last. I stopped using it as my hair would feel greasy very quickly after use. I have very fine straight hair so that might have been why.

I received the shampoo from chickadvisor and I found it ok. The smell of the shampoo is good and it cleans quite well but I didn't find it to moisturizer more than any other shampoo I tried. For the price I definitely enjoyed the shampoo though

First of all - I LOVED the smell of this shampoo! It smells great, and combined with the conditioner I felt like I was at the spa. Totally makes a difference! It lathers up nicely which is key as well. As for effectiveness, well, my hair is very thin and fine, so it gets weighed down fairly quickly, and so this wasn't as effective at keeping the grease at bay. But if I were to purchase, I probably wouldn't have gone for one that had extra moisture, because of this.
