I've always had problems with breakage, and it seems to be getting worse the older I get. I normally use another name brand, so this was a first for me. (Thanks chickadvisor!)

I wasn't crazy about the scent. It was quite strong, and reminded me of laundry soap. It lathered up well and my hair was definitely clean after use.

I couldn't say that it repaired any of the damage to my hair, but it did significantly reduce the breakage I was seeing.

Dove Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture Shampoo has left my hair feeling soft, smooth and shinier than I have ever seen it.

My only complaint is that the product doesn't seem to spread in my hair very well. I use a rather large blob and bring it to my hair and it get soaked up almost instantly. I find myself needing to go back for more to ensure that all sections of my hair get effectively cleansed.

Aside form that, the shampoo seems to be doing a great job! It smells nice too! Give it a shot!

I have received Dove Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture Shampoo for free from ChickAdvisor to try, I have fine, dry and damaged hair. I color it, perm it, which mean it is frizzy and hard to manage. I have tried more shampoos but none of them does what this stuff does. After all these years, I have finally found something that takes care of my hair and makes it soft and easy to manage. I also like the shine it gives my hair and the look of healthy hair which I never had before. I used to spend my time trying to get rid of the frizz and dryness that other shampoos left behind but now I can still color, perm and not worry that I am doing damage that will not be corrected by my new shampoo. If it had not worked so well, I would not have been back and would not have expanded my use of Dove products. Thank you for making such wonderful products that work wonders on my hair, I will recommend them to my friends.

I got to try this from the product review club. I really enjoy using this shampoo I can feel the moisture working as i am lathering it in, All other shampoos soon as I wash it out my hair gets all dry feeling and tangled But not this stuff. I enjoy the light scent of it as well. I also find I do not need to use as much shampoo as usual. Love this product.

Packaging:
Dove's Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture Shampoo comes in an attractively designed 355 mL plastic bottle. The bottle has been designed in such a way that it is easy to grip, thus minimizing the possibility that it will slip out of your hands in the shower/tub. The bottle's label is informative, containing information about the shampoo's benefits and some easy-to-follow directions.

Fragrance:
The shampoo has a pleasant, fresh fragrance that has unisex appeal.
Ease of Use: The shampoo is easy to dispense and massage through your hair. Also, it's easy to rinse out of your hair.

Performance:
This shampoo definitely delivers on all of its promises. Its moisturizing benefits were immediate. My hair no longer felt dry after a single use of the shampoo. Instead, the shampoo left my hair feeling cleaner, smoother, softer, and more manageable. Also, I like the way the shampoo felt as I massaged it through my hair and over my scalp. Finally, I was pleased with the amount of lather it produced. Daily use of the shampoo has resulted in my hair feeling consistently moisturized/hydrated and very soft.

Criticisms:
1) Oftentimes, a little shampoo would leak from the top of the bottle even when the bottle's lid was closed.
2) After using the shampoo daily for about a week, I felt the shampoo caused my hair to lie too flat on my head. I guess the flatness of my hair might have been caused by my overuse of the shampoo (and Dove Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture Conditioner). Perhaps I overhydrated/overmoisturized my hair.
3) All in all, I wasn't "blown away" by the performance/benefits of Dove's Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture Shampoo. I would say that this shampoo yields slightly superior benefits to the brands of 2-in-1 shampoo that our household currently uses.
4) The MSRP of $7.99 seems a little steep for this shampoo.

The Verdict:
I was happy with the moisturizing and cleaning qualities of Dove's Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture Shampoo, and it definitely leaves your hair feeling soft. I wouldn't have any reservations about recommending this product. However, the benefits I received from using this shampoo aren't enough to encourage me to switch brands, especially if this shampoo is being sold at its regular price.

I love dove and the message they send about 'real' beauty.,8 received this free to try and wasnt expecting too much. I was surprised. My hair is fairly straight and not what I considered 'dry' but the moisture aspect of the shampoo (and conditioner) did help control my fly always! I was thinking it would've made my hair greasy but it was all good. Between that and the dry shampoo I would go a few days between washing without looking/feeling gross.

I received this product free from ChickAdvisor for review. The product was very sudsy and had a light and pleasant scent. Only a small amount was needed for my very thick and long hair. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it to friends!

I really liked this shampoo. It left my hair feeling clean without the feeling of residue that some shampoos can leave behind. I would definitely purchase this product again in the future.

I have always loved Dove products.
Im very satisfied with shampoo's performance. Creamy texture doesnt require too much of a product. Rinses out really well and works great in combo with conditioner.
My hair looks healthy and has a nice shine, doesnt get static and feels great to a touch.
Also smells really nice.

I'm an avid fan of Dove Shampoos and conditioners. I usually buy the regular Dove shampoo but they just came out with a new series of higher end quality of shampoos. I was given Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture Shampoo for free to try and review. This product is perfect for the winter months. My hair gets so dry and brittle but the oils in the shampoo revives it. The added bonus is that it reduces frizz which is the greatest news to a curly hair girl. My hair looks naturally soft and healthy.
