Not to my liking

I received my shampoo and conditioner and I was so excited to try it. The shampoo surprised me that it was not as thick as usually with Dove products and I washed my hair and it did not feel clean like I like to feel so I had to use another shampoo just to get hairspray out, then I tried the conditioner and disappointed that it is runny and not thick at all, I applied it and does no justice from their other products, I give it a 2 because it is not the best product from Dove (which is my advice) and too runny for my liking, great for kids and not strong chemicals for the little scalps, but for someone who uses products in their hair, it wont wash out nor smooth your hair... sorry Dove but I still love you
