I love this conditioner! My hair has never felt so soft and so frizz-free! And it's still manageable! I always find that if my hair is frizz-free it's still a bit oily but not with this conditioner!

I am in love with this conditioner! A recent giddy overreaction to my new BaByliss flatiron took its toll on my hair (which is also coloured, so double-whammy), and I had been using the tubes of conditioner from the home hair colour boxes almost exclusively. However, I found that this made my hair lose some volume.

After I tried this conditioner from Dove, I saw a difference right away. My hair feels soft and manageable but still light enough to keep its natural volume.

At the moment, it's the only conditioner I'll touch. Highly recommended!

I "liked" the facebook page for Dove haircare, and found that there was a promotion going on and that they were mailing out free samples of the new conditioner. My hair is super frizzy and I use a frizz-controlling cream on it most of the time, but this conditioner did the trick. I stepped out of the shower and let my hair air dry after using it, and my hair was sooooo smooth and soft! It's like a hot oil treatment for your hair without the heat! Beware ladies, I haven't tried this, but I know some people have - it's not a leave-in conditioner! Wash your hair as usual, put in the conditioner (I even put it on my roots, but just a little), and let it sit for a minute. Then, wash it out and you're good to go! I learned from my hair dresser to always leave just a touch of conditioner in your hair - don't wash it out all the way so that it can help combat frizz. It takes a bit of practice, because for the first while after doing the trial and error thing, my hair was either too clean with not enough conditioner, or too conditioned (i.e. I left too much in). Practice makes perfect.

Anyway, since I got it as a free sample I have no idea what the retail price is, but I'm positive it's sold in a drug store so it's probably ten bucks or less. Like their page and see if they've got some left! It's super amazing.

I have normal, fine hair so this product was much too heavy for my hair texture. However, I think that it would work well with thick, coarse or curly hair! I actually felt that while it weighed my hair down, it made it a little frizzy at the same time, which was confusing. It leaves the hair really soft (but it doesn't look as silky as I would like it to). The actual product is quite average on all other levels- the price is average, it has a smooth texture, it feels creamy and lathers well. The smell is also pleasant, but definitely not my favorite. I don't think I would purchase this product for myself, but I think it is definitely worth a try for those who have thick, or curly hair!
