Not sure if it is due to the type of hair I have but this oil did nothing good for my hair. I have very curly hair and I found that this product made my hair feel sticky and flat. The scent was nice and gentle and I'm sure it's a great product but it was not good for me

When I receive this oil at first I was pretty intimidated as I have never use this before after poking around on the internet in figuring out how to use the product properly I was very surprised. I do color my hair and I found that not only did it help with the color it also helped with my Frizz Control. My hair did not feel greasy and I was very surprised as you would think putting oil on hair would make it greasy. I found it very easy to style my hair after applying. At first I thought the cost was a little high until I realized you only need a very little amount. This is something I would definitely recommend!

When my hair is feeling dry I look for products that can give me some moisture and shine. Dove's Macadamia Oil does the trick without leaving my hair feeling greasy. Win-win.

I don't normally put oil in my hair for fear that it will look oily. After using Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil I have completely changed my mind. I love the way my hair was smooth and silky feeling but didn't look oily :)

Let me tell you, I am absolutely in love with hair oils. I have dry damaged hair from chemical processing, bleaching, and colouring. My ends, specially, are dry and crunchy. My hair just drinks up Dove's Pure Care Dry Oil. The texture is light and it spreads easily. Most of the time, I use it on damp, towel dried hair but occasionally I apply "booster treatments" in between showers when my hair feels like it needs a pick-me-up. I concentrate on my ends and apply sparingly to mid lengths. I avoid my roots, as I wash my hair about once a week and don't want it getting too greasy. There's lot's of natural oil there anyhow.

The Pure Care Dry Oil absorbs readily, and I noticed that my dry damaged ends look and feel hydrated and nourished after use. The scent might be a bit strong when first pumped out of the bottle, but it does fade nicely, leaving a nutty hint of macadamia on tresses. I did love the packaging, it looked fancy with it's box. The glass bottle looked and felt luxurious, while the pump worked well and dispensed the proper amount each time. I just felt that maybe a cap for the pump would make it a bit more travel friendly, and keep dust and particles off the pump.

I loved Dove's Pure Care Dry Oil and I highly recommend it.

I loved Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourising Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil. I believe this product made the most difference in improving the condition of my dry hair. I used the oil as directed and had fantastic results. The oil also smells amazing, literally you can skip perfume if you have this oil on your hair.

#ExperienceDove I got a full size of this product in the Dove Chick Advisor product review club set. This wasn’t the first time I tried this product as I had gotten a small sample tube a few months before. I loved the sample so much and of course used it all up and was definitely on my way to purchase it when I got notice that this was arriving in the mail (Thank you!!!).

I think it works amazingly well, a small bit goes a long way for shine, taming frizz and providing nourishment. Normally I apply a small amount after washing my hair and then just let it air dry or I will tie my hair into 2 braids with this product in + while still damp and the next day you get beautiful tamed waves.

It smells nice and can also be used as a deep conditioner—you can heat up a larger amount in your hands and massage it in for a few hours before you shampoo=). Definitely recommend this product. P.S love the glass bottle design!

Thanks to Chick Advisor for the opportunity to test Dove Dry Oil Treatment. I use this product on both wet and dry hair. It has a light fragrance that doesn't compete with other products you may use at he same time. It leaves my hair feeling softer and minimizes frizz in my naturally curly hair. It makes combing much easier. I also use this as a quick fix to tame flyaways and frizz during the day. I recommend this for anyone with curly, unruly hair.
