Love the product. Smells so addictive and good. Its like a liquid gold. You will need very little of product per use to make it work, dont over do it. I use just couple pumps on damp hair after wash, applying it more on ends, leaving roots untouched, you dont wanna take a chance of greasy hair :)
Hair will not only smell fantastic but will have a healthy shine and look.

Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil. That's a big name for a product. That aside, I wasn't a huge fan of this product right away. I tried applying first to towel dried hair and I simply did not like the way my hair felt. It DID feel greasy (perhaps not as greasy as some other products out there). I then tried it as a pre-treatment to shampooing and I felt a little better knowing that I would be following up the application with rinsing it out. I can see myself using a tiny bit as a touch up or pre-styling product, but have yet to do so.

J'ai essayé ce produit sur les cheveux mouillés après shampoing, il a fallu que j'utilise une très petite quantité sinon j'avais l'impression que mes cheveux s'aplatissaient, mais quelques gouttes suffisent pour laisser les cheveux lisses et brillants. J'ai préféré l'utiliser en plus grand quantité sur mes cheveux secs avant de me coucher pour les laver le lendemain matin. Quel beau traitement pour les cheveux, j'ai jamais eu une si belle chevelure, soyeuse et sans frisottis. Je recommande de l'utiliser de cette façon, comme traitement en profondeur, ça vaut le coup! De plus cette huile ne laisse pas de tâches sur les oreillers.

When I received Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with Macadamia Oil for free to try from Chickadvisor, my first thought is man the Marie Stevens is a mouthful. It's so long I can't remember it. I have had experience in applying oils in my hair and I found it to be hard to style my curly hair. I read instructions on it and decided to apply it as a pre-treatment in the shower. My hair felt silkier and really soft after I did the pretreatment. Also, it does not require much product so it'll go a long way.

I dye my hair often and definitely need this product, before using all dove product I received for free from chick advisor, my hair was like elastic and falling off, I started using the shampoo and condition and putting the oil at night and the difference in my hair is unbelievable I can't thank dove and chick advisor enough I will keep using!

I received this product free for testing purposes and I was very excited to try it out but slightly afraid that it would leave my hair feeling greasy and limp. I normally wash my hair every other day and by the second day begins to look a little greasy and I was afraid that this product would amplify that. I used this both on damp hair and on dry hair and I found that it worked well for me on both. It left my hair feeling soft and smooth and not at all greasy. I also tend to have slightly frizzy hair and it helped smooth it out. It also had a pleasant sent they did not find to over-the-top.
I also loved the box and bottle it came in, to me it felt more luxurious than your average drugstore oil.
Overall I really liked it.

Thank you Chickadvisor for giving me the opportunity to review this product. I have to admit that I don't use hair treatment oil all that often. I have tried different brands in the past and felt that they either didn't make a difference or they made my hair feel greasy. But not with this one! I have to say that I am really impressed by this hair treatment oil. It actually made my hair feel softer but wasn't greasy. I really liked this product and will definitely be using it again in the future.

Usually hair oils like this one that I have tried do not work, they leave my hair weighed down, heavy and greasy. Dove Pure Care Dry Oil is different, it does not make my hair greasy, it smells awesome and really does what it says its going to do. I recommend this product highly. My hair is normal, not too dry and not too oily, but at the roots it can get a little greasy if it has product in it. I use the dove oil from the middle of my hair and down to the ends. My hair appears much healthier, bouncier and fuller and my natural wavy curl is accentuated when using this. A great product. A great size, comes in a glass bottle too, not cheap plastic and will last a long time as you only need a little bit each time you use it.

First off I loved the scent. I normally only use more expensive, salon brand treatment oils. Drugstore ones often make my hair clump together, and feel gross and look greasy. This oil was of great quality. It made my hair silky and smooth, and tangle free. It tamed my flyaway and did not weigh my hair down. It made it shine and I swear it strengthened my hair within a week. I'd highly recommend giving this one a go, its worth a try and may save you some bucks by switching from your favourite salon brand!

I reality like Dove's Pure Care Dry Oil! I have thick, colour-treated hair that is naturally frizzy. Oils usually leave my hair greasy but not thisone. It's light and doesn't weight down your hair but helps it look smooth and tame, also smells amazing, kind of like Moroccanoill.

I use 3-4 pumps in my hair, focusing on the ends, while it's damp, and my hair looks smoother when it's dry. I also use this on my hair when it's dry to tidy up flyaway.

Overall, this a great drugstore gem at a good price and I'm thrilled to finally find a hair oil that works for me!
