When I first received the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil..I was excited but still unsure if I was going to like it or would it make my hair look oily....but I was totally surprised.

You just need a tiny amount and use it at the ends of your hair...WOW my hairs went from dry, to super soft & stays like his all day. Amazing as we have hard water and my hair is extremely dry. This is been like a wonder drug for my hair. As well it smells amazing...

I received this product free of charge from Chickadvisor. The smell alone is enough to make me buy this product! it is a rich, natural scent that lasts for a long time. Of course, the smell is not the only great thing about the Dove Dry Oil. It does an awesome job of eliminating frizz, smoothing hair and leaving a nice shine. It has never left my hair feeling greasy no matter if I use it when my hair is wet or dry.

OMG, this product is truly amazing! I use it when my hair is damp and just from the middle to the ends (I have long hair, longer than shoulder length) before I blow dry my hair and it definitely makes a difference! My hair is less frizzy at the ends, has volume, is super soft and I just love the smell of this stuff! I will definitely continue to use this and repurchase it when I run out. I love t that much! Omg amazing amazing product! Leaves my hair so soft and not at all greasy like a lot of oils tend to do. I use it on wet hair and dry hair and wow! I just really love this. It smells so good too! Both myself and my sister have started using this and we plan on using it again!

I used this product on damp clean hair as directed and also on dry hair to tame flyways and add shine.

I really love it. I avoid conditioners and products with oils as I tend to oiliness already, but I found that this really did not add to the look of grease in my hair.

I do find this to have a nice scent, but it lingers and is a bit strong. I don't mind it, though as it is pleasant and only docked 1/2 a mark.

I think the Oil is great, if used correctly. You really need to be careful not to overuse, or your hair will end up looking like a greasy mess. I focus only on the ends, which is my "problem" area, as they tend to start looking dry. It's also great at taming flyaways, without weighing your hair down. I really like this product. It works great, smells amazing, and because I use so little daily, it will last!

This Dove Pure Care Dry Oil is absolutely amazing!!!! First of all, the scent of this product was sent from heaven. It smells so smooth and rich, like deep vanilla and nuts. I could sit down and smell this product for hours. And the smell stays in your hair through drying and using hot tools. Second, I got this product right in the middle of winter when my hair was super dry and full of static; this product completely eliminated that. My hair was shiny, smooth and frizz free. Third, I thought the formula of this product was unique to other hair oils in that it can be used on damp or dry hair without leaving the hair greasy looking. I use it daily on my hair after it is styled to give it an extra shine boost! I love this product and have recommended it to many, and will continue to do so. I really liked this oil! Two pumps for my thick, wavy hair is all I need! I use just a little bit before I dry my hair and it didn't weight it down, or make it feel greasy at all. Not only does it smell great, it really tamed my flyaways and made the ends of my hair more manageable, which made my hair looked smoother. This hair treatment is definitely going to be a staple in my hair care routine from now on! Definitely recommend!

It's taken me several products to find a hair oil that works for me, and I've finally found it with Dove's Pure Care Dry Oil! I have fine, colour-treated hair that always gets greasy with whatever oil I try -- from blends to straight oils like coconut and argan. Until now. Something about Dove's formula just works so well with my hair, and doesn't weigh it down or make it greasy! It also smells amazing, kind of like Moroccanoil (but at a fraction of the price).

I just 3-4 pumps in my hair, focusing on the ends, while it's damp, and my hair looks smoother when it's dry. I can also use this on dry hair and it doesn't make it greasy. There are silicones in the formula (which might be why it works so much better for me), which is something to keep in mind if you avoid them.

Overall, this a great drugstore gem at a good price and I'm thrilled to finally find a hair oil that works for me!
