I was chosen to review this as part of Chick Advisors product review club. The first time I used it, I used far too much, and my hair was so greasy and weighed down. I instantly felt like I needed a shower. Upon using it a second time, I used one pump and voila! My hair was so manageable and did what I wanted it to. My hair felt weightless and I had much less noticable fly aways and split ends. The bottle is large, so with the use of only one pump per use, this will last a very long time!

I tried the dry oil on my hair but my hair is so thin I found it just weighed it down! Seemed like a great product for someone who likes this kind of thing, It smelled great though!

I was skeptical that this would leave my hair without a greasy feel to it and was quite pleased I was wrong. As someone who frequently subjects my hair to bring dyed putting this product is amazing. Smells great too! Easy to put in my hair and use. Definitely counteracts the harsh treatment I put my hair through. Don't need a lot of the product for the benefits of using it. I have never loved how my hair feels so much!

I received this as part of Chick Advisor's Product Review Club. I quite like this oil. It comes in a pump, so it's easy to dispense and there's little risk of spilling it all over the counter. The smell is barely noticeable, which I like. I don't want my hair to smell like six different products. The instructions say to use it before blow drying, which I found odd since I usually use oils after blowdrying to tame the flyaways and any frizz. Perhaps it seals hair and acts as a barrier from the heat. I did find that I still had to use my usual oil after blow drying to tame flyaways, so using this oil beforehand didn't prevent that. Perhaps I'll try it after my blowdry and see how it holds up.

I received this product free of charge from Chick Advisor as part of a promotional testing opportunity. I have been using the Dove Daily Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner on a regular basis for 2 weeks, which I have found leaves my hair very soft and sleek. I have used this twice and although I found my hair feeling soft and sleek I'm not sure how much softer and sleeker it was compared to when I JUST used the shampoo and conditioner. What I AM sure of however is that it's fantastic for wet setting curls. I love doing vintage hair styling which more often than not involves wet setting pin curls over night. Taking the curls out and brushing them down in the morning often results in a fluffy mess but I found that when I set them with the oil in my hair they seemed more controlled and sleek when I took them out! An accidentally discovered bonus!

Another great addition to your hair care regime. I love the great light scent of this hair treatment. I used this product on my hair damp, and applied it mid to ends of my hair. Thank you ChickAdvisor and Dove for the privilege to review.

I love the odour of this oil which is like baby powder. The texture is not too greasy. I used it on the tips of my hair only after washed them. This is a very nice product. I’m not a fan of hair oil in general, but this one is very great. I would recommend buying this product if you need extra moisturized on your hair tips.

Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil is something I've never used before so I cannot compare it to other products. It's a little extra work but its a nice treat to make my hair softer (I didn't notice a shine) I would recommend this to family and friends.

This is a great dry oil that moisturizes without weighing your hair down or looking greasy! I have really dry hair that is prone to breakage and split ends. After each use of this dry oil, I notice a difference in how healthy and smooth my hair looks. I will definitely continue to use this product regularly and see if the results get even better!
