This is comparable to any other high-end smoothing oil. I really liked the texture and the fragrance, especially when applied on wet hair. The dollar to product ratio is great.

I love the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment! I apply just a few drops to my hair while it is damp and let my hair air dry or blow dry it depending on the day. The oil makes my hair so healthy looking and adds a wonderful shine. The product isn't sticky and doesn't make my hair feel like it has any residue on it at all. The results I receive from air drying and from blow drying are the same which is great because most products provide inconsistent results when it comes to heat. I absolutely love this oil and the bottle it comes in is very fancy for a dove product. The bottle isn't bulky but has a large amount of oil inside it and also doesn't appear too out of place if you forget to put it away before people come over. It also doesn't have a strong smell which is great. I also didn't receive greasy hair as quickly with this product.

I'm not a huge fan of oils for my hair. I find they just don't work for me. I was hoping this would be different as people rave about oils, but I had the same results. It leaves my hair greasy and weighs it down. And I only use a tiny tiny amount. I think it is my hair type. I would not use this product in the future but it may work well for other hair types.

This Oil is one of 5 products I received in my product reciew package. Now I've always been a little hesitant with oils before as they always seem to weigh my dry frizz ball down which isn't the most flattering, especially when your wanting body. The bottle recommends 3-4 pumps from the bottle into your palm before applying damp towel dried hair ( me being hesitant during my first use I only applied 2 pumps) and voila! Frizz free silky smooth hair; with none of the extra weight.

My hair has been easier to style and much healthier looking and feeling since using Dove Pure Care Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil in conjunction with their Daily Moisture Nutritive Solutions Shampoo and Conditioner.

Since my first use of the product (Macadamia Oil) which I only used 2 pumps I have now started using 3 pumps without any extra weight or oily feeling.
Adjust the amount of product to your hair length and thickness. You may need more or you may need less.

Also I should mention this product can be used prior to shampooing as well for a nourishing treatment and pre-styling to protect your hair. Apply mid length to the roots and blow-dry or leave to air dry.

I've never used a hair treatment before, and I absolutely LOVED IT! I have very long hair, with some pretty damaged ends. The Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment really made my hair feel amazing without the flat/heavy feeling of putting too much product in it. I just put it in after a shower, and let my hair dry naturally, it looked amazing! I received this product to try through Chick Advisor's Product Review Club.

This hair treatment is the best oil that I've used so far! It always leaves you with non-greasy feeling! I tend to have a split ends all the time but this oil makes my hair looks healthy than ever! I always use this on my damp hair and haven't tried using this on a dry hair tho but this formula is AMAZING!

My hair is pretty dry so I love products like this and was so excited to try out this product. It's a good alternative to the Macadamia Oil treatment that was popular several years ago. This hydrated my hair and made it smell amazing. Totally recommend this.

I got received this product for free with the review club. I've wanted to try and oil for my hair, it gets so frizzy. and this has worked great. Combined with the Dove Nutritive Solutions Daily Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner my hair hasn't looked better in ages. I love the smell. It is a little pricey, but you only need a few pumps so the bottle will last a long time. So worth it.

I loved this product! After using my hair was soft and shine with a beautiful high end. Also helped to avoid my hair to get frizzy. I will totally continue using and recommend to my friends.The only thing I didn't like that much was the fragrance. It is not bad, but I preferred the fragrance of the others Dove products we received in the campaign. I got the product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club, but I researched and the price is around $13-$15 and it is totally worth it because the package is huge! I have long hair and for sure that will last for more than 6 months.
