The smell of this oil makes me feel happy. Using it along side the shampoo and conditioner my hair feels wonderful! I'm not usually one who uses oils but this has definitely made me change my mind. Once it runs out (and it won't for a long time because it lasts FOREVER) I'll be buying more!

This product is about half the cost and twice the volume, but just as effective as this other well-known brand hair oil I was using. I will definitely recommend and purchase in the future, I do a lot of vintage hairstyles and any girl who brushes out her curls can tell you, it can be frizzy business. A small drop of oil worked through the lower half of your hair does a great job of adding shine and hiding texture flaws.

I don't blow dry or straighten my hair so I don't find that it gets too dry and damaged so I can't review on that aspect for this product. BUT I can say it added great shine and luster to my hair with out it looking and feeling oily. This time of year my hair does get static so this helped keep it under control too. I got the Dove hair oil for free to review and let me say I'm totally in love with it ! It's now replaced my other after wash serum it's this one . I love how it makes my hair look and feel so healthy while leaving a healthy shine to my hair .

Worth every penny! It smells amazing, makes my hair gorgeous soft and manageable! Especially after my highlights a lot of times my hair became dry and would break off but this product helped a lot! Love it!!

I received the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil for free to test and review from ChickAdvisor. I use dry oils as part of my daily hair regimen. As someone who has dry ends and frizzy hair, I really appreciate that there are such products out there to help tame my crazy hair. I have been using this Dove Pure Care Dry Oil for about two weeks now, and I have been enjoying it very much. I love the scent - it smells like baby powder! It is not at all strong or overpowering - it is light and subtle. After I apply it to my hair, my hair looks shiny and well nourished - especially when I use it just before flat-ironing my hair! I really like the fact that the dry oil does not leave my hands feeling greasy after application. Also, my hair does not look greasy - although, if you have greasy roots, I highly recommend avoiding application there. Lastly, I do like the packaging - it comes with a pump in a glass bottle - the glass makes it a bit heavy, but it is quite sturdy. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil!

What a getaway! After my bath and running this African Macadamia Oil threw my hair, I felt like a was on a retreat. The aroma is absolutely divine and the feeling to my damp thick hair felt like silk. I would not only recommend this for the home but for salons. Excellent!

I had the opportunity to try this product from Chick Advisor and I must say I have tried other oils before and was very pleased with this one. I loved the smell of this oil and how little goes a long way. I find it made my hair feel great after I dried it. I have even used it when I left my hair wet and didn't use a blow dryer. I liked how it didn't make my hair frizz and how soft it made my hair. I find this comparable to the more expensive oils out there. I also love the pump and the amount I get out. I use about 4 pumps as my hair is really long and it doesn't make my hair greasy at all. I will be buying this once I run out. Thanks
