The oil is great for repairing damaged ends, but, it gets better! Apply some throughout your hair before blow drying. As the oil heats up from the blow dryer it distributes more evenly throughout and improves the saturation into the hair. Instead of flyaway or damaged ends your hair will look smooth, shiny and healthy.

I had the opportunity to review the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil as part of the #ChickAdvisor product review club. I don't like how dry oils sit on my hair and this product is no exception. ACTUALLY, I was so repulsed by the scent of this product (the scent of plastic baby diapers) that I never put it in my hair.

I really love this hair oil. I used it after I coloured my hair, and it instantly got rid of that dry feeling in my hair. It lasts great between shampoo's and works just as good as it's competition.

I enjoy Dove products and buy them regularly. I just stocked up on dry shampoo since it was on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart.

This hair treatment is great for winter when my hair needs extra TLC. I put it on, leave it a bit, and drink some tea while reading a good book. When I blow dry it, my hair feels smooth and looks more healthy and moisturized.

I also enjoy the scent of Dove hair product, not at all chemically or fake. Thanks Dove and ChickAdvisor for the opportunity.

This was my first time using macadamia oil as a hair treatment, and I really loved it. I have a lot of split ends on the bottom from bleaching, and the oil definitely helped to tame them. On top of it, the oil smelled really good!

I'm completely smitten with this product! I received it from ChickAdvisor for reviewing just as my bottle of MoroccanOil had the last few drops left in it. I've used MoroccanOil religiously for the last six years, never going more than a week without it and applying it after every shower. I haven't found any other hair oil/leave-in product to be up to par with it, yet I decided to give Dove Dry Oil a try before I purchase another bottle of my usual. I'm as happy as I am surprised to say that I'm a total and complete convert!
Dove Dry Oil is completely weightless, which doesn't mean it's not deeply moisturizing! I love the way it makes my hair look (and feel!). I've had numerous people comment on how glossy and healthy my hair looks! My hair is very prone to frizz and I usually have to quickly run the straightener trough it after washing to get it to stay straight and smooth (which is very damaging), but I haven't had to do it since I started using Dry Oil. It turns my hair into pure silk without weighing it down and I haven't noticed any extra oiliness. It has the most luscious smell, and is also much more affordable than most products of its kind on the market.
The final touch that ultimately captivated me was the very high-end bottle. It's made of glass in a chic, slightly vintage-y design that will look beautiful on any vanity table. It's also surprisingly travel-friendly for a glass container - I've taken it with me on vacation and have had zero problems.
All in all, Dove Dry Oil is a fantastic product. It has completely replaced MoroccanOil in my hair care routine and I can't be more in love with it!

OK, so I do have to say that I had tried this product before receiving it free for review from the Product Review Club, but only because my mom had a sample. IT IS LOVE! This product smells amazing, makes my hair feel amazing, and doesn't make my hair super greasy! My hair feels soft, healthy, and not weighed down! I will definitely be buying this again, and again, and again!

Gave the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil to my teenage daughter to use. After years of hair coloring and styling damage, She has tried everything from Store brands to Salon product. She tells me this product is just as effective, in some ways more so, than Salon Product! Has really given her hair some healthy shine back, providing super moisture boost! Love this Dove product and will have on hand always -

After using a very pricey dry hair oil for about a year I was very happy to receive a free bottle to try from ChickAdvisor. I've enjoyed various Dove hair products over the years so had fair expectations on this product.

I wasn't disappointed. This oil did not over "slick" my fine, short hair. My hair appears smooth, non-frizzy and it continued throughout the day. Pleasant scent and works as well as the other product.

Will definitely repurchase.

I had never used a hair oil before, and wasn't sure what to expect. My hair tends to be on the greasy side, so I was a little afraid. I was a little surprised at the glass bottle...it made the product feel much more high end and fancy! The pump is a fantastic idea! I love how it helps control the amount I use. (BTW...I have short hair and 2 pumps is perfect!)
Applied to towel dried hair from mid length to the ends, and then used my blow dryer. My hair usually gets a little "fly away" with static when I dry it. Not this time! It's so soft and manageable! AND SMOOOOOTH!!!

I would 100% purchase again and recommend to friends and family
