I am in love with this hair oil. First, the packaging is beautiful. It comes in a really pretty glass bottle and the pump turns to open and close so there is little chance of an oil spill. Not only does it look like a high-end product but the oil actually smells and feels high quality as well. I have fine hair so I am very cautious when using hair treatment oils because I can easily look like I have wet/oily hair or the oil weighs down my hair and it hangs limp and stringy. I use three pumps on my long hair and have experienced nothing but shiny, healthy looking hair. I highly recommend this product as it is readily available in most stores and the price point can't be beat.

I've been using hair oils on my hair for years. Some have been good experiences and some not so good.
The Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil has been great! It leaves my hair feeling soft and shiny without being weighed down at all. It also smells really nice.

I use a little more than the suggested amount and it doesn't leave my hair greasy at all. I love that this oil will help protect your hair against the heat since I use a blow dryer and hair straightener every time I wash.

The packaging is beautiful too.

I'd recommend it and plan on purchasing it in the future.

I was chosen to receive Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil for free as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. I absolutely loved it. It instantly adds a beautiful shine to your hair and it softens it on top of that! I was pleasantly surprised at how great it smelled. And to be honest I fell so in love with smell, that I stopped using baby oil on my legs and started using this instead.

I'm completely hooked on this oil now and I will definitely be buying it. It was an almost instant decision that this product was now going to be a permanent part of my hair products.

I would like to thank ChickAdvisor and Dove for this amazing opportunity. I love Dove Pure Care Dry Oil. I have fine, wavy hair that is really dry and tends to frizz a lot. I've tried so many oil based products to treat my hair but this is the only one that's really done the job. It feels kind of thick in the hand, but it soaks right into the hair, making it feel soft, look shiny and it doesn't feel greasy.

I used the oil on my hair after my hair had been washed and dried. I let it dry naturally and was impressed with the softness my hair took on. It looked luxurious and shiny, and while you would think an oil would make it greasy, it didn't. A great product to use if you have frizzy or dry issues with winter.

When I first recieved this I was really upset, because I knew it would be my favourite product of the ones I was sent, and I broke the dispenser. I pulled up on the white top in order to use it and I couldn't push it back down to dispense in order to used it no matter what I did....until I pulled it up further, then it went back down and started dispensing. It was "broken" for three days, LOL. I use a lot of different hair care products and absolutely LOVE oils, and this one is no exception. I use this hair on the ends of my hair to prevent dryness and add shine. It works great and smells amazing! The smell to me reminds me of a hair fragrance, more than the typical hair product smell, and I really like it. my youngest daughter has thick dry hair and we use this for some extra moisture, it also really brings out her curls and makes her hair look great, and heathy rather than dry.

Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil is awesome! It works just as good, if not better, than many salon hair oils that I have purchased in the past. Dove has been coming out with new lines that are of incredible quality and value and this is one of them. I love that it contains natural oils that wont leave hair looking greasy. As someone with naturally oily hair I want something that will not add to the problem but will still combat frizziness and flyaways.

I used the oil before I straightened my hair and it helped mask my flyaways and made my hair stronger. It claims to add silkiness, softness, and shine and it lives true to these claims. Straightening damages hair and makes it dry and after using this product for the last week or so I feel like there is a noticeable difference in the way my hair feels and looks.

Overall I would recommend this to anyone with oily hair who uses heat products on their hair. It is a descent price and a great size and it should last a long time as much is not needed for the desired effect. It also smells amazing which is an added bonus! I will be replacing my current hair oils with this one from Dove!

I got this product to try as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. I always use oil for everything, body and hair. It's my favorite treatment all time. For the Dove Dry oil, my hair was smooth, soft and very easy to style. I put only 3-4 pumps of the product through my hair and it stays moisturized. I also use it before I go to bed and leave it over night. Then in the morning, my hair will stay smooth. I like the scent, but it is too strong for me. Will i repurchase, hmm maybe not because of the strong scent.

I have used this dry oil for over a week now and can honestly say that it has helped make my hair much more soft and shiny. I have pretty thin, oily hair to begin with so I was a little skeptical about using this product. I only needed 2 pumps which I rubbed together in my hands first and then worked the product through my damp hair starting from the ends to my roots. The bottle is a good size and the price isn't too bad considering a little goes a long way. I wouldn't recommend it for every day use if you have thin hair but every 2-3 days is definitely helping with my dry damaged hair.

Overall, I can certify that this is a good and effective product and I recommend it.

My son has very long hair and it tangles easily and this helps a lot with making it manageable and tangle free.
