En premier lieu je peux vous dire que son odeur de noix et vanille est sublime. Juste assez puissant mais pas trop .

Sa texture tant qu'à elle est très soyeuse . Plus comme une texture de glycérine que d'huile . Très agréable à appliquer.

Pour ses résultats , je peux dire que ca a nourri d'avantage mes cheveux pour environ 3 shampooings.
Mes cheveux avaient une belle souplesse et n'avaient aucunement l'apparence grasse des autres huiles.

Je le recommande pour des traitement occasionnels .

The ChickAdvisor Product Review Club gave me the opportunity to try the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil, and now I can express my unbiased opinion about it.

I go swimming several times a week and also wash and blow dry my hair every day. Consequently, my hair can sustain a lot of damage.

I used the Macadamia Oil Treatment as instructed in the bottle and it worked pretty well for me. It has an amazing scent and is very nourishing, without being heavy. My hair feels more smooth and shiny thanks to it.

As a bonus, it comes in a beautiful bottle.

I love this product and recommended it.

I got this from Chickadvisor for a review, funny thing is I couldn't use it right away because it froze or something happened in the mailbox when it was -40 lol
The bottle is glass I think which makes it a bit heavy and I feel like I really need to be careful with it.
The smell is marvelous so a little goes a long way really but sometimes you need to gather a lot in the ends where it's really dry to give it that nice soft feeling and not just for a sheen.
My mom really loves it. She insisted I mention it in this review lol

I received this from the ChickAdvisor Review Club. I am a regular user of macadamia oil. This one is not as thick as the other brands I have used. For the price, I think this is a very good alternative to the pricier Macadamia brand leave in conditioner. I apply this on towel-dried damp hair and it helps nourish my hair with more softness.

This oil is AMAZING! Leaves hair none greasy and incredibly soft and healthy. I am anxious to see its effects over a longer period of time. I use it on my daughters fine curly hair and it leaves her curls shiny and bouncy. She loves it and I'm a HUGE FAN!

I think the first thing that came to me and my friends when we saw the bottle was FANCY. It was in a nice glass bottle. I guess to justify the price tag? Average over 15$. Aside from the appearance..
To me the oil works pretty well.. I've only used it after shampoo and conditioner.. Not as a prewash which was also a suggestion in the instructions. I usually already use some sort of leave in oil or treatment because my hair is usually so poofy and frizzy and this helps to tame them a bit.. or look manageable at least if I kept my hair down.
The one thing I personally don't like was the smell, It's not a scent I prefer (I am a fruity/floral girl myself). After the styling and a bit of time has passed, the scent doesn't linger though. I let my friends try as well and they like the smell.. like I said.. personally I don't like it but I would still recommend the product for its effectiveness

I have not used any type of oil for my hair before. I always thought that oil in my hair would make it look slimy and not clean. I was hesitant, but I tried it....and I loved it! I like to use it after the shower as I feel when my hair dries it gets the best results. My shower time is limited so I felt like using it before shampooing wouldnt get the best results. I love how it makes my thick wavy hair tame itself a bit more than usual and how it doesnt feel weighted down.

Im not sure I would spend the price for the bottle, tho I do think the glass bottle is nice and makes me feel a little bit richer having it on my nightstand.

This was my first time trying a Dry oil. I was a little skeptical about it. Being someone with very dark hair it is very easy for certain products to make my hair look and feel greasy/oily.

I tried this products both ways suggested on the bottle. The first time I tried it before shampooing. I choose to do it this way to make sure that the product was not going to leave my hair feeling gross.

It smelled great, washed out great. Not sure if it did anything to treat my hair or not, but I did like it.

The second time I used it I tried it the first way suggested in the directions. I put about 4 pumps into my hand rubbed and then evenly distributed in my hair.

I absolutely loved the results. It smelled great. It made my hair feel silky and smooth without feeling oily or greasy.

I have even blow dried my hair after applying this product and I loved it.

My normally frizzy hair was way less frizzy and much much more manageable.

It is a little pricey but then I am not sure what to compare it to since I have never tried dry oil before or any hair oils. I will be keeping my eyes open for a good sale once my free bottle is used up.

So when I first heard about the Dry Oil, I was a little skeptical. I mean, who wants to ADD oil to their hair? The last time I did that was in the 80's when I used to do hot oil treatments after too many bad perms. But I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I have thick hair with a slight wave so when i let it dry naturally, it definitely has a fuzzy, flyaway look to it. But this was really nice and lightweight and kept those flyaways at bay. Even better, when I blow dried my hair, it left it super silky and nourished with tons of shine and bounce. I love it! It's a little pricey but I would consider adding it to my routine, but as more of a treat than an everyday thing.
