I have used this oil only a few times, but it leaves my hair so soft and shiny. I apply it to mid-length to ends and it just gives such a beautiful finish. The scent is amazing and there is no greasiness which I worried about.

I love hair oils but they weigh my thin, fine hair down. Typically I will only use them on days where I intend to stay home because they make my hair look terrible. Flat, oily, unwashed is not a look I like to share with the world lol. I expected this to be another product that I could only use when I plan to stay in...

So I took a shower, washed my hair, applied two pumps to my towel dried hair and let it air dry. What happened next was totally unexpected! My hair was shiny, super soft and not at all oily looking. I lost a touch of volume but nothing compared to what other oils do to my hair. Finally a hair oil that I can use often!

I am a bit iffy about the scent. I don't love it but I don't hate it either. Aside from that I really do like this oil and will certainly purchase it in the future.

I received this free to review from Chick Advisor. Man, so lucky because this product is great, I'm glad I had this chance. First things first pro's it is not super greasy, and absorbs well into the ends of your hair without weighing it down. Cons, the glass bottle, i'm afraid it will fall and smash. But I suppose it is better for environment ;) ive only used it on wet hair, if your hair is dry it probably will be greasy. Ill def keep this in mind for future purchases once i'm all out totally worth the investment, but it is a lil more than id usually spend on hair oil.

This instantly helped my hair do from so dry to a nice smooth finish. A must have for your bathroom! My nieces also love it and demand I get it now!!!

I like this oil, it's a good moisturizer for my hair. I will put a lot in my hair before bed and wash it out in the morning. Leaves my hair very soft and silky. I will also use it on the ends of my hair, I try to avoid the scalp as it will make your hair look greasy. It has a very nice smell to it as well.

I'm amazed that the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil does not make your hair greasy/oily or feel that way. Until trying this product I hated applying any products in my hair after washing because of it making my hair feel and appear greasy. But Dove Pure Care Dry Oil has definitely softened my hair making it silky & smooth plus smelling AMAZING! I literally keep smelling my hair throughout the day!

Love the smell. It smells so good and lasts days! My hair feels so soft and silky after, not to mention it makes blow drying a breeze. The size it rather decadent as well, I like the glass bottle feels so fancy for a drugstore product.

This product is good. I am a little disappointed. Perfum is majestic but the result were a bit mixed. It's silky haïr but do not hydrate a lot the haïr.

Honestly I usually use another oil which cost 45$/bottle. This one has nearly the exact results costing only 11,99$. obviously I would recommend this. It smells good, not too strong, it is not greasy at all and my hair dries amazingly soft. I would remind just to use this on your tips and not on the roots or you will (like any other hair oil) lose volume in your hair.

I was a little skeptical of this product at first because the word oil and with my oily hair type I was afraid I would get some matted down look with my hair, but the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil worked really well. I put in three pumps onto my damp hair before completely drying it and it left it soft and smooth and helped with static which I get in the winter time. I would definitely buy this when I run low and thankful I got to try it through ChickAdvisor.
