Oh, how I wanted to love this product! First of all, like the rest of the new line of Dove products, this smells amazing. Really loved that aspect. My hair is thin and fine, so it gets greasy fairly quickly. I shower every other day because it's better for my skin, so I really wanted a good dry shampoo for the in between days. This one started off promising enough - although I had to use a lot of it, it made my hair look cleaner and gave it some volume. Unfortunately, a few hours later it sagged and looked even greasier than before. I was so disappointed. I find using regular baby powder on my greasy areas is way more effective, even if it doesn't smell as nice.

Nicely scented and light, this dry shampoo worked on a dirty hair day when I had no time to wash my hair. It also adds some volume which is a definite plus. I was also complimented on my scent that day which was from this dry shampoo as I did t have any other perfumes products on that day. Thanks Chick Advisor for allowing me to try this product for free. It's been a great experience!

I loved to test the Refresh + Care Dry Shampoo invigorating of Dove. I had to wait 3 days without washing my hair to try. I then found that this is truly magical! They have become smooth and shiny and my hair roots were not at all greasy! Wow! It is the product of the range which I prefer!

My hair is slightly longer than shoulder length, fine, and very curly. My concerns have been dullness, dryness and it being uncontrollably frizzy. This product's instructions stated to brush or comb the dry shampoo through your hair application. This step is needed to allow the product to do its job of removing oilyness and so you don't have an obvious coating f the product at the roots. Unfortunately, with curly hair, that just turns your 'do into a massive round ball of frizz and chaos. Definitely not a product for me to use regularly. A time I could see it coming in handy is when my hair is straightened with a hot iron. Using as directed would be simpler, any fly-aways could be touched up, and it would allow me to keep a straight style for several more days than typical. The MSRP is $9.99 but it can be found in stores such as Walmart for a $3.47 price point. That is a great price even if you just leave it in your drawer at work for freshening up.

My long curly hair hates being washed daily. I find every third day is the perfect frequency to avoid set, frizzy hair. However, this leaves me with roots that are a little limp and oily.

Dove Refresh + Care Dry Shampoo was a welcome addition, leaving my roots looking refreshed. The fine powder blended easily and was lightly scented. I would repurchase it again when my current bottle is through.

Thanks to ChickAdvisor I was given Dove Refresh+Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo to test and review. This product was just ok for me. I wasn't a huge fan of the scent and scent is usually a top selling point for me. It was easy to apply and didn't leave any residue or visible powder. I don't have very oily hair to begin with but I felt like this product didn't do as good of a job at absorbing the grease and restoring some lightness back to my hair. I really didn't see that much of a difference between before and after. Not sure this is really the product for me.

I'm not a fan of Dove's line of shampoos because they don't provide me with enough volume like other brand name shampoos do. I always find my hair to be dry and limp with plenty of static. This was no different. I'm not a fan of using shampoo in a can and prefer washing my hair every other day. The smell was a bit strong and the residue was not working for me either.

This is a review of the Dove Refresh+Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo which while supplied courtesy of ChickAdvisor and Dove, all opinions are my own based on my personal experience with the product. Well, what can I say, this product for me was a fail. Overall, I think as a dry shampoo it worked nicely. It didn't leave any build up and my hair felt good after application. BUT, I absolutely, unequivocally HATED the scent. This was a really big deal for me because I won't ever buy this product again unless they make an unscented version. The cloying floral "bathroom" deodorizer scent was horrible, truly. Dove make an unscented version and you'll have a winner! Remember a lot of gals and guys are not only using this product as a refresher...but sometimes soley to add some texture to hair....in my opinion, no scent is required. Thanks again Dove and ChickAdvisor for the opportunity.

I have tried at least a half dozen dry shampoos and this is my new favorite. The others I tried all leave a heavy powder residue on my brush. The Dove brand goes on light, re-fluffs weighed down hair and leaves minimal to no residue behind. I am very pleased with this. It definitely is a clean fix for day old hair if you can't shampoo. I finish the style with a light hair spray or finishing mist that adds a small bit of shine and I am good to go. A must have for your beauty emergency kit.

This has to be one of my favorites things ever invented. If I needed to go somewhere and my hair was looking a little oily and flat I would use this and my hair would look amazing and clean

I really love this product and will continue using it
