This was my first time using a dry shampoo, and I wasn't entirely sure what to expect from the product. I have to say, I was disappointed. This product left my shiny black hair dull and grimy. I'd much rather spend 10 minutes washing and drying my hair than relying on this.

I don't think the product is completely at fault - I just don't think it is right for my hair type. My super fine hair needs to be washed every day. Maybe even if my hair was any shade other than black, this product might work better.

Thanks to Chick Advisor for being able to try this product. I need to use this more but when I did use this it was easy to use. But I found that my hair had a little bit of an oily look to my hair. Not really bad but it did not look clean like it would with a normal shampoo. I will use this still and see how it goes. But I usually shampoo my hair.

I got this dry shampoo to try for free. After trying many dry shampoos, i think i have found my holy grail! You can spray on just a bit for a light dusting or if you're hair is super greasy you can spray on a bit more. If you spray on quite a bit it will be white on your hair, but don't panic, just comb it through. It completely removes the grease and you can't tell that your hair hasn't been washed in days. I feel comfortable skipping a few shampoos and using this as a pick me up to maintain in between washes. The other thing i like the best about this product is the bottle design, specifically the spray lid. It is the kind that comes on hairspray bottles, not the cheap plastic kind. I have bought cheaper dry shampoos in the past when they were on sale but i could not use them as the cheap plastic nozzles would clog and you end up throwing out more than half the bottle, not to mention when you do shake it or try to get some out, the product lands all over the walls! So one of the first things i look for before i even make my purchase is that it has an aerosol type nozzle, not plastic! I gave the price 4.5 stars, because at the retail of $10 it is expensive, however i would still purchase it, but if you go into the stores there are usually sales and you can probably find it for about half the price.

I received this product for free as part of the Chick Advisor Review Club. This is my first time using a Dry Shampoo and although I used on hair extensions instead of my hair, it did the job. The product has a great smell and brought my hair extensions back to life. I like that it doesn't weigh the hair down as I've heard that some dry shampoos leave a bit of build up in the hair. I wouldn't use it often but probably just to refresh my own hair or extensions. This is a great product to travel with if you don't have time to wash your hair on vacation. I would purchase it for myself and will recommend it to others.

I usually wash my hair about 3 times a week, and have used many other brands of dry shampoo and haven't found one I love. I was excited when I received the dove dry shampoo for free as part of the product review club! This is the best smelling dry shampoo from an aresol can that I have ever used. It doesn't weigh down my hair, make it feel gross or make it look white. This is my favourite dry shampoo right now and would definitely recommend it to other people and purchase it again. I can even not wash my hair for 4 days and use this product it works SO WELL!

I have never used a dry shampoo before, but it's an interesting concept!

I have fine long hair, and it tangles easily. I also work out a lot, but also don't want to shower twice a day if I go out after my workout. So a dry shampoo would make sense, right?

I spray the solution on the roots of my hair, blend in with my fingers mid way through my hair, and it leaves my hair smelling nice at least.

Other than than, however, I end up needing to put my hair up in a pony tail afterwards, as I just feel my hair is greasy or unclean (despite smelling good).

I am also not particular to aerosol cans, but that is a personal preference.

Perhaps this would work better for someone with thicker hair than mine?

I've used this both on weekends (without working out first), and after workouts with the same results, so it's just not the right product for me.

I've tried many different types of dry shampoos and a lot of them have been disappointing. ChickAdvisor sent me this product to try out and I was pretty excited! But to be honest, I wasn't a huge fan of this shampoo. It feels heavy and kind of feels like something is coating my hair all day which I didn't really like. It does keep my hair from going oil though so I would say this isn't one of the worse nor is it one of the best products I've ever used. It does have a good price point though.

This dry shampoo is ok, but the scent is just overpowering. I like the scent of dove hair products, but this one is just way too intense. The dry shampoo works ok at soaking up the oils, but isn't the best I've tried. Leaves a white cast in my dark hair that is difficult to get rid of.

I received Dove Refresh+Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club.
I have never used dry shampoo and really want to try. I used Dove Refresh+Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo on the roots of 3days hair. I have dark blond long fine hair, I used almost half a bottle. You must use it in the well ventilated room, Dry shampoo have a strong smell(like a hair spray) and it have white dust spreading all over.My hair become white after spraying dry shampoo on it, after shaking my hair this dust flu away but my hair were a little bit lighter then my colour. At the end result I had the hair looking like after washing(and it last for 2 days) but hair was not soft more like after applying hair spray.
I recommend it for light short hair
